I am rejecting this response because: per their own shipping policy, I did not receive the item when promised and want a full refund. The company blamed the post office when, in fact, the same shipping label/tracking number was used when the item was actually received. Offering me an electronic gift certificate to THEIR company is ludicrous as I would never buy from them again. Demand a full refund

rejecting this response because: this is only a USPS label that was created on 9/It has not left the facility and this is the cycle they are perpetuatingI received the same label and response weeks ago.

I am rejecting this response because: item was not received in a timely manner and company did not communicate that order would be delayed. Company did not respond to multiple emails sent regarding order. Company did not respond to requests to cancel order once it was evident that item would not be delivered timely. delivery of item was therefore refused. The complaint will be resolved once company acknowledges refund of all charges.
