I don't believe it was ever shipped and according to their web site order status it never was, If they provide a tracking number and it is here in a timely matter ( By that I mean not another month ) I would rescind my complaint. I am NOT satisfied...

with this response!!  I made several attempts to cancel the order.  They responded after MANY emails where I explained my frustration with their lack of response.  They finally said that they would cancel the order. A week later they shipped the order. So I receive the item and my credit card was not reimbursed. This was after many many many emails to cancel the order. I am not satisfied with this response Thanks [redacted]
