I received the tracking number after submitting this claim. The fact of the matter is I never received my package. I asked multiple times for the tracking number even one day prior to “delivery” as seen on attatched files(check date on email.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Note that this was delivered about 3 weeks later than promised and they did not respond to any emails. I would never recommend ordering from them but do accept that they did eventually send the order to me.
