I am rejecting this response because:This is a lie. The original package was never sent and I was not given any shipping info or tracking number. The new item has been in pre shipment for almost 2 weeks since December 27th. These people are con artists.

This matter is not resolved as I have received no new information on a replacement package. The tracking number in the note below is the same as the original and shows as a shipping label was printed on December 11th, but no other activity. Please advise what new shipping info is if it has in fact been shipped again,
