rejecting this response because not only did the company Completely disregard every attempt I made to contact them to get information about my order, but they also delivered it well past the promised and guaranteed shipment date.  This company has horrible customer service and believes that the situation is resolved simply because the product was finally delivered well past the date that was promised. I do not except this response and still believe that I should receive a full refund and apology. My father actually is in the same situation as he ordered products for my child as well and has not received them and is receiving no response from the business. He will be filing a Revdex.com complaint as well because this is how this company handles their customers. It is sad. This was supposed be a Christmas present for My 12-year-old son and arrived well after Christmas. This is definitely not how a company  should conduct business. A customer should not have to file a Revdex.com to simply get the business to respond or communicate with them in anyway shape or manner. This is absolutely unacceptable.

because: When I complained to the business numerous times before about this issue, they sent me the same automated response that they would get back to me with tracking info in 24-48 hrs and they NEVER did. I have already gotten this exact same message, word for word from Big Baller Brand already and they never got back to me at all. This is an automated message and not acceptable to me. Please take further steps in resolving this as I am not going to adhere to the same message over and over without a valid resolution.

I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted [redacted] and they said they are waiting for Big Baller Brand to fill out paperwork. [redacted] also said they have attempted to contact Big Baller Brand more than once as well, with no response. I am rejecting this response because it is still a wild goose chase from the original complaint. Nothing has changed, nothing is in motion according to [redacted] (product or paperwork) and Big Baller Brand is failing to communicate with [redacted]. I would like a REAL update, and not a broad generic one. [redacted] has also let me know that since the claim has already been issued, under no circumstances will I receive my original order. My Question to Big Baller Brand is why am I waiting on the whole claim process to go thru when at this point it has nothing to do with my product, and is solely an issue between [redacted] and Big Baller Brand.  In Big Baller Brands reply, they stated "however if your order is not recovered we will reissue the order to you" and from my conversation with [redacted], the order is not and can not be recovered. Just replace my shoe and THEY can wait on [redacted] to recover the other pair, not stall me out another 2 months, then to find out they wont recover it, then wait another two months for my shoe to be shipped. I STRONGLY believe that Big Baller Brand is stalling until February which is when they say on their site their next distribution of shoes will be, and in my opinion, I should not have to wait that long since I ordered my shoes in the start of October. Further more, Big Baller Brand is using very broad terminology to describe when I will receive my shoe. "If the shoe is recovered" is not a definite time frame, several weeks is not a valid time frame, seeing that it has already been SEVERAL WEEKS since I contacted them and opened an investigation with [redacted]. Several weeks could mean I wont get my shoes until March, which is highly unacceptable. 
All I want is Big Baller Brand to ship me a new pair of shoes ASAP. Maybe even a display case for the terrible inconvenience. They should also next day air my package to me
