I am rejecting this response because: item was not received in a timely manner and company did not communicate that order would be delayed Company did not respond to multiple emails sent regarding order Company did not respond to requests to cancel order once it was evident that item would not be delivered timely delivery of item was therefore refused The complaint will be resolved once company acknowledges refund of all charges

I am rejecting this response because: The business stated that "new" item is being shippedThey are not being truthfulThe original item was never shippedTheir customer service is extremely poor, as they did not follow up on their original notification to
provide the customer with notification of the item's shipment, with tracking informationWhen the item never was received, they do not provide a mechanism with which to speak to an individual, or have a meaningful exchange with a real person, to resolve the situation.I do not wish to do business with themFrom what I have seen online, they are already involved in several non-payment lawsuits with several entitiesI would encourage people to not do business with this firm, as based on my experience they are not reputable.I have requested and received a refund from my credit card, *** ***I do not wish to receive the item originally orderedI just am now happy with having my money refunded.***
