I am rejecting this response because: I received the tracking number after submitting this claimThe fact of the matter is I never received my packageI asked multiple times for the tracking number even one day prior to “delivery” as seen on attatched files(check date on email

Note that this was delivered about 3 weeks later than promised and they did not respond to any emails. I would never recommend ordering from them but do accept that they did eventually send the order to me.
