The client signed a 3 year agreement in 2013.  They paid the first 5 payments and then stopped paying.  There were no calls for service during this time.  The client owes the balance due and should contact us directly to make payment arrangements.

This is a technical issue with the manufacturing of all alarm panels. Safe Home Security has installed and tested two different types of panels to attempt to resolve this issue. The walls and layout of this particular home is not allowing a signal to be strong enough to reach the customer's...

To Whom It May Concern,This customer did not provide any new information in the rejection.The customer's first correspondence regarding cancellation was on January 10th. They sent a letter following that conversation on January 13th as they were instructed to. As stated before, we have closed the account and will be refunding the month of March. There is nothing further. If the customer sends back the equipment that was mailed to her, we will agree to release the customer from the remainder of their agreement. We can email a return label to the customer to the e-mail address we have on file if the customer prefers.

I am rejecting this response because:$950 doesn't alleviate pain, I'd still have to find a new monitoring service and pay them for what I'm paying you all for . These door to door  representative need to be prosecuted,  they  say whatever to get you to unknowingly sign a FIVE year agreement. Upon signing the agreement I asked the sales rep if moves were free because I was renting and I knew I'd be moving and he stated they were free. No one can ever say they'll never move because you don't know what tomorrow holds. Then to get here three years later after already moving once and now initiating another move you don't guarantee moves. You can't provide a system , you're offering no monitoring service , and you won't cancel the contract but you expect me to honor an agreement that I get absolutely no benefit from--it makes zero sense. Cancel the contract or install a new system for free. This is a shady business that hires shady people to wave an agreement in someone's face yet refuses to provide the services in the agreement. I've paid you all faithfully without monitoring service for 18 months along with the 18 months with no missed or late payments and this how you all treat your customers. Shame on you Safe Home Security.

The customers payment was misapplied.  It has since been rectified and there is no balance due until April 2016.  The contract expires April 2017.

I am rejecting this response because: This contract was with [redacted] Security over four years ago. I've never received a contract from Safe home Security nor did I receive notice of the contract ending.

Please refer to previous offer.  Your account has been notated so that when you call they will set service.  We are not cancelling contract.

We see no evidence of any calls or letters, please provide a copy.  In 2011 an account opened in 2007  was sent to a third party debt collector.  If you are receiving letters from them only they can resolve it.

The clients signed a contract for 36 months in 2015.  We have yet to recieve death certificates for either or both parties.  Once recieved the remainder of the contract will be sent to probate to be reviewed by teh courts for potential payment.

The credit repair has been requested. Please let this act as written  confirmation

This account placed a request for service on 9-15-15. The service call was performed on 9-22-15. The technician noted that he relocated the alarm panel to the account's desired location. If additional equipment is needed, the account may call our customer service department at...

###-###-####.Otherwise, this account is in agreement until July 14, 2020 and the account may not be canceled.

TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE CLIENT KNOWS WHY THE MONEY WAS REMOVED SHE IS AWARE THAT SHE RECEIVED A NEW SYSTEM ALONG WITH RESIGNING WITH SO THE CUSTOMER HAS NO FURTHJER ISSUESTHANK YOU
