I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] provided us with a contract that indicates that we checked that we did not have any other alarm service at the time of the "takeover" which in part was accurate because company SafeGuard or Safe Home was not providing any protection services which they admitted to me in multiple phone conversations. Although, they installed the equipment they knew they were not providing alarm services as they were not receiving any signals from the equipment which in turn meant that we were actually being monitored by another company. Further, as I mentioned in the previous complaint only one person came out and initiated both contracts with us and I know that both companies contract out to third parties for sales. So I believe that Safe Guard should refund me my money from 3/2015 to current in which they have been charging me for services they have not been providing as well as terminate my current contract as they are still not providing any monitoring services to my home.

am rejecting this response because:My last request from this business Safe Home Security was to cancell my contract with them at no cost to me and have no further payroll deduction taken out of my account, I want the cancelation in writing. Because their system does not work properly as I have called and spoke to a Frank C[redacted] on 8/20/2015 and he said he would sent someone out to fix it the following Friday and he sent no one in addition to David H[redacted] obtaining this contract under deception I don't want to do business with this company. I want the contract CANCEL They are just lying again I will go to the News media with my video if I have to because the public has the right to know what kind of Scam they are running.

I am rejecting this response because: Until I receive in writing on their company letterhead that the policy has been cancelled as of April 30, 2016 and we owe nothing, I want the complaint to remain opened.  They are stating it will be done but there is no proof that it has been done as of today.

To Whom it May Concern,Our records indicate The Mikkelsen's have had two service calls dating back since March of 2014. After the first service call the system was not allowing The Mikkelsen's to arm the system for a specific mode, the system was still working just unable to be armed in a specific...

mode. The tech returned and fixed the issue. In August of 2014 The Mikkelsen's called in to find out the compatibility of a new phone provider with the alarm system. They were given the correct information and the call ended there. After that phone call the company did not have any correspondence with the Mikkelsen's until they called in March of 2015 to find out the remaining time they had left on their contract. They were informed of the term of their agreement and again the call was ended with the requested information being provider by a Customer Care Representative. It wasn't until an entire year later (March of 2016) did The Mikkelsen's call in to complain about the service of their alarm system. At that point they were instructed to send a cancellation letter to our Customer Care email address. There may have been some miscommunication about a "form" to fill out. There is no physical form to fill out for cancellation.  Safe Home Security will honor this "complaint" as a letter of cancellation. This account has been canceled and December's payment is being refunded. A refund check will be sent to the customer's home address.

Client is responsible for contract through August 2017.  Disabling monitoring and going to another company does not alleviate the responsibility.  Client must pay buyout on account.  Please contact our collections department to assist in an arrangement.

I will call in the next day or two to schedule the free service to have someone come out and fix the sensor that keeps falling off the barn door.  I will also send an email immediately to request cancellation of my service to be effective March 16, 2020.I appreciate their prompt response to resolve this issue.

I’m responding to Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] “[redacted] [redacted]”
We had 2 accounts opened under the daytime phone number provided to us on the Revdex.com complaint.
The first account was created under her residential location but was cancelled because nothing was installed.
The 2nd account...

was installed on 12/10/14 under the business name [redacted] [redacted]. All signals were sent and verified.
On 2/20/15 customer called stating that she wanted to cancel her account because she was closing the business. We informed the customer that she was not in rights to cancel due to signing a 5 year contract, customer then threatened to report us to the Revdex.com.
The customer received a bill in the mail because customer disputed the amount in May, 2015. Once is declined an automatic letter will be sent out to inform the customer that their payments did not go through.
Please note that SHS will not be released the customer from the agreement and will pursue collections.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I had phone talk with the business but they did not offer me windows coverage at all, they offer me extra detectors for extra charge of $10 for each which I refused because I no need extra detectors if I am at home and do not feel myself see enough what the detectors can do??? They do not going to protect me, I am pretty sure... They did not even offer me to change the wall panel with stick side buttons... They absolutely did not want to add my garage to the system... Yes, they try to make an appointment to look what is the problem that my system does not working at all but I could not except it because it in time when I am working and cannot be at home to wait for hours, and hours. They offer appointments during working week from 9 am till 5 pm... NO weekends they do it... Even they will I cannot wait whole my weekend because after the working week every one is allowed to have a break time for some needs to be done, as shopping, rest, or being with family...  When I asked they to cancel my contract which they never did they parts to be done proper and in time they refuse do it... They are such rip off (SCAM) business ever exist that someone have to pay for constantly none working, broken, and none completed service. I did, for two years I try to call them many and many times, I tried to make things go right, as I was told from the very beginning but it is useless... They even delete all phone calls, I am sure, which they have to record because they for sure know they are SCAMMERS. Just find all their clients reviews and it will be enough to understand what they are about... JUST MONEY for NOTHING... I am not going to drop this deal and even will find an attorney who can come at my home and see what I paid for 2 years and what for they request me to pay. FOR NOTHING AT ALL. I truly appreciate your kind help and HOPE you can do investigation and help me and others to find a truth.
