needed and credit her for five months. We apologize for any
miscommunication or any service issues that she has experienced.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree that I have gotten the service that I have faithfully paid for from this companyI have been treated rudely and again, I was coerced into signing the form after being told by Jazmine that my contract would only be extended for monthsI called the company several times before I was able to talk to Stephanie about this matterI even asked her to go back and listen to the recordingShe conveniently informed me that they have had phone problems with their company and that recording was no longer available to be listened toSo what am I to do? I am going through this process because I have researched complaints regarding this company and their policies and have found out that I am not the only one that has the same complaint! I was advised to take the proper steps in filing this complaint before contacting the attorney general's officeThis company had a a lawsuit filed against them for the same thing that is happening to meIf they are not willing to compromise,I will be more than happy to take my complaint further

I am rejecting this response because: No one is coming out August 6th, I work! No one has made an attempt to contact me in regards to itI waited for FOUR hours on August 1st for NO ONE to show!
Again....only resolution...Cancel my services and contract without penaltyI have no proof credit has been applied as charges were filed on my account on July 31stI have logged into my account and there is no refund for anythingI just received a bill in the mail YESTERDAY for my old address! I do not want to deal with this company anymore, your business actions are unacceptable and customer service is horribleNo one returns my calls, no one answers my questions and you assume I am available on Saturday to send someone outNO one called me to even see if its okAgainCANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH NO PENALTY.

I would like to still respond that this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When Safe Home took over my account from the previous service provider they for some reason created separate accounts for me in their system, to which I had to call numerous times to figure out and resolveI had to provide them a copy of my original contract from 2012, cancellation letters and numerous phone calls and emailsI also left separate voicemails for the manager Greg requesting a call back in which he never didDue to my own diligence for over a month, it took me calling almost everyday this week and filing a complaint to the Revdex.com to finally get my situation resolvedI would NOT do business with this company if they monitored my home for FREEI also plan to keep the stop pay on my bank account to confirm that they do in fact actually process the cancellation through

performing a live system test with the customer we were still unable to detect any
problem with the customer’s alarmWhen *** *** signed up with us he
declined the option to enroll in our service/repair warrantyIn fact, *** *** only signed on for us to monitor his alarm system and to report in the
event of an actual burglar alarmWe’ve done the best we could on our end but if
the customer is still disgruntled we can arrange a special option for him to

I am rejecting this response because: I'm confused as to whether or not it will be taken off my credit report or if they're requesting information for their own records
I'm not sure if they even located my account and that it was misread as past due I just want this to be clarified for my own records since I'd have to re-run my credit report to see if it was even taken care of
