I am rejecting this response because: my uncle has a *** alarm system which has been in use since If you need to verify there is another alarm in the house, send one of your technicians to verify it I am also enclosing a copy of an email dated June 14,when we asked the the company to cancel the account Safe Home Security never responded to the emailIn the meantime the company continues to bill him including late charges and finance feesAgain taken advantage of an old man.

I am rejecting this response because I have repeatedly requested an invoice from this company In fairness, I will call the number provided in response to my formal Revdex.com complaint I will attempt to receive this final invoice once again on Thrusday 7/30/15, an invoice which can be immediately emailed to me.I encourage the business to follon this request no later than Friday to confirm they have provided the invoice to me as repeatedly requested after which time I can accept closure to this complaint

I am rejecting this response because:It could not have been brought up any sooner, because I just recently found out about the contract and the money being taken from my mom's bank account every month. As far as I'm concerned this contract is void because it was signed when she had dementia and was unaware of what she was doing. You took advantage of her for years, but no longer There will be no more payments sent to your company for this system

The cancellation letter was received after the day grace period which caused the account to roll for a month periodThe customer can buy out the remaining term of continue to pay until 6/at which point the account will be closed as paidThe consumer has up until days of the end of

I am rejecting this response because:included with the original letter of cancellation and complaint dated april a copy of *** *** death certificate was included and resulted in a phone call from the home office of this company.the account ,whose number they claimed not to have when I appealed to the Revdex.com for help, had been turned over to their collection personell .my father never signed any contract as he had dementia and was confined to an assisted living establishment within one week of my mothers death.he died in December of 2016.since oct 2015 this company has never fail to collect a monthly fee even though the elderly disabled couple have both died.I expressly told them not to withdraw any more monies from my fathers bank account.to date they have helped themselves to over 450$on a house that does not belong to my family from a couple who have diedexactly what service are thy billing for?

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meas long as I receive confirmation when the account is fully closed and no further bills or other actions come from them in the future.Colin was helpful and I wish him and the company the best, they did not receive my letter in the mail or is was not handled properly or the billing address I sent it to was not where I was to send it, and their people did not forward it to the proper person perhapsIf my phone calls were returned they would know my requests and the letter would not have been sent and this would have been resolved early last monthTheir rates are ok, but the service I received is not

I recieved a mail today from SAFE HOME SECURITY
,SHAR B*** staing I was past due on my account anmd reported to multiple credit agencys for my non payment, I called and spoke to her about this and she stated to disregard any further billing ,mail etc that nmy account was submitted to be closed on 1-8-1018, when they replied to my original complaint wit you on 1-2-stating nothing was owed and the account was closedWell they keep telling me thhat its closed but I continue recieving these bills and as I stated they said It was closed and nothing was due on 1-2-yet now I have a email stating it was submitted to be closed on 1-8-18?? Not being very honest at all heres a coy of my email

To Whom it May Concern,The *** signed a month price protection plan in March of She signed and agreed to the automatic renewal clause stating the agreement will renew on an annual basis if a cancellation letter is not sent days prior to the expiration date. Our records indicate
that when *** *** called Safe Home Security to cancel he spoke with a representative about installing a camera package at their homeIt seemed that the *** were going to go forward with staying with Safe Home Security upon installation of the cameras. Since the service call was set, the *** have made a complaint with the Revdex.com and have not answered or returned phone calls from Safe Home Security. If the *** goal is to close their account with Safe Home Security without penalty, we will honor their requestSafe Home Security was under the impression that the *** were going to go forward with a camera upgrade.
