I was told someone could come out, then said they can only come out Thurs or Saturday, I workNo one is working with my scheduleWhen my system was moved, it was not on a Thurs or satSo why is this an issue now? And in the meantime I'm still paying for a service when I can't even set my alarm because sensors don't work!

The clients attorney was sent a letter 4/explaining client is under contract until 2019. If they have sold the home they owe 90% of the contract to term

After contacting, the customer we have since emailed a copy of the agreement and terms of cancelationThe customer however forgot the terms and conditions in regards to stopping the serviceFor the inconvenience we did offer to lower her monthly bill but she declinedSince the customer’s written

communications to me since the original complaint:- First, on 11/I received yet another invoice, dated 11/10, with yet another late fee and finance charges added, with a total due of $ - Second, 11/21, I received a call from a MsR*** who stated she was in the Collections Department, and was calling me to see if I wished to renew my contract I reiterated my original complaint, the fact that yet another invoice had been sent, and that I obvoiusly had no desire to renew an contract that I had sent a termination notice on months ago After discussing my situation further, she stated that my account had NOT been closed, but she would do so now and that it would reflect a zero balance However, she stated that her company does NOT correct any reporting to credit bureaus, and that would require a managment decision that was above her authority Therfore, I accept this resolution on the condition that the account has in fact been closed with zero balance due, AND that the company has fully corrected any erroneous late payment reporting that they stated they were "obligated" to report to "multiple credit bureaus."

I am rejecting this response because:I received your communication that my complaint regarding Safe Home Security (complaint # ***) has been closed because of unsuccessful attempts by the company to contact me.I have not been accepting calls from this company due to their previous repeated calls and their belligerent tone. The emails I received from your office after submitting my original complaint and response indicated that I did not have anything else to do but wait for the written response from the company. I indicated in my response that I expected the company to address my complaint in writing consistent with your directions. They never responded to my complaint that they do not have any signed agreement from me. In fact, the only signed agreement they have is a month to month agreement I signed with the company they bought, my original service provider.In the final response from Sal at Safe Home Security, he implied that they installed my system. They did not! As I noted, they simply took over the company that was monitoring my system. My system was installed years ago. I purchased the equipment locally. I am requesting that you reopen my case and that Safe Home Security address my complaint in writing. Thank you.*** ***
