I am rejecting this response because: As a customer for Best Buy/Pacific Sales I still need additional assistance in contacting the manufacturer [redacted] please provide a phone number and contact person This is part of the problem, if you don't have the correct department, no one helps you and you get lost in another companies bureacracy I would appreciate a name of a contact person Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: if they had not told me that they could cut me a check for the gift card then I would not have cancelled the order Also, the gift card was purchased through shop with scrip not cash star I guess it is ok to lie to your customer now Because every single customer service representative I talked to had a different response I guess I will have to take this more public and contact my local TV station and see how they feel this should be handled It is not so much a complaint about not receiving my order in a timely manner, it is about the fact that they tell you they can do something so you agree to what they tell you and then turn around and do something else I would have kept the order if they had told me they could not give the money back again But no, they tell me that they can refund the money I am able to print up a gift card, so it is more than an e card

I am rejecting this response because: As far as refund goes it just got to account, however because the crazy amount of time this has taken to do including me doing alot of leg work I should be compensated for my timeI have had to call visit and make special arrangements to get this taken care of and it just now got taken care of because I filed a complaint Not to good best buy

I am rejecting this response because: I did not want a $gift card, because I do not ever plan on shopping at their store ever again This $gift card is useless to me Best Buy made empty promises to me I made two trips to their store and spent a great amount of time on the telephone trying to get satisfaction to my problem I try to shop locally and Best Buy was originally a local Minnesota store I am saddened by what this company has become
