12/20/2017To whom it may concern,As it turns out, Best Buy had a large scale system failure that caused a delay in issuing gift cards for this mobile phone promotion. At this time, the issue has been resolved, and all gift cards have been re-sent. We have contacted this customer, and... confirmed his gift card did arrive and is valid. Nevertheless, should any further issues arise, please feel free to reach out directly.

I am rejecting this response because: I purchased phones and perfection plans How dare them bring up a matter of my other business cell phone as if I am attempting to take advantage of their "policy" I was given a gift certificate in August of for a LG Gthat broke and they had no readily available replacement I then bought a used replacement from bestbuy that worked perfectly I am now on my 3rd phone The 1st phone would reach 117+ degrees Fahrenheit and not hold a charge longer than minutes It cost me more than the phone is worth in lost calls A refurbished over seas phone is not compatible with ATT U.S based apps Which also cost me time and money I paid $for devices to be perfected in case of accidents This customer service and response is unsatisfactory! I do not except the response from the business and in fact take it as disrespect Please help Revdex.com! Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I did not look at an ad for black Friday I did a search through the site for a TV and the listing showed the price as The listing for the television made no mention of this being a black Friday itemAnd again, the issue was not with quantity as the store had more to sell, just at a much higher priceif the company is going to feature a certain model of television in a black Friday advertisement, then the listing needs to mention such a promotion because I not everyone who viewed that TV on that day saw it through an adas I stated, I took a different channel to the listingopening the site, typing in [redacted] 4k tv and clicking on a search result is all that I did, and again, the listing on the website made no mention of any sort of black Friday specialthe tv was simple listed for and I have the pictures of the listing to prove my casethe business needs to add a disclaimer on the listing that this television is only discounted due to a black Friday doorbuster salethere was zero evidence of thatI refuse to accept this outcomeyou will notice in the picturesame I provide that the listing for the product makes no mention of a doorbuster or anything of the sort

Dear Revdex.com: I am sorry for the delay in resolving this matterI saw a need to credit the client per her claimI requested the funds being credited accordinglyHowever, my request was rejected due to the credit already having been processed to the gift card, which then the store attempted to refund back to the client's credit cardI kept searching for a solution, as I knew my customer was still seeking a refund and the details were not aligningTurns out, the store refunded the customer but did so to a Visa card, rather than to her Best Buy cardOn 5/27/16, we debited the erroneous Visa card and credited the correct Best Buy card, a process that should have completed within 3-business daysPlease let me know if there are any further issuesThank you!
