01/11/2018To whom it may concern,After investigation, it appears that there were two models of television stacked side by side in the isle of our store The price tags had been moved and created a confusing situation However, as the price tags were printed correctly and listed the sku/model that the price was for we were able to reference where the price was supposed to be As there was no misprint for the price, we were not able to provide a price adjustment However, as the conversation in store clearly escalated we did contact the customer to apologize and offer a token of our apology for the situation developing in the first place Nevertheless, should further issues arise, please feel free to reach out directly
