I am rejecting this response because: Your stated policy is refund gift card in min then your staff said -hours Now days for email credit or up to days for gift card credit neither has happened Best Buy has continued to fail to meet any promise on time it will be credited.As of today I still do not have any credit

I am rejecting this response because:Best Buy did not address the problem of "Disclosure". Are their sales people trained to LIE! I was perfectly willing to purchase the item when I was told it did not fit the space of the customer that returned the refrigerator. Again, if another sales person did not over hear the conversation and was candid about the REAL nature of the problem, we would have purchased the refrigerator and not realized that there were parts missing until we received it in our home.A $ [redacted] gift card to Best Buy is very poor compensation for a reduced credit score. Let them give $ [redacted] to a charity such as Smile Train or a Food Bank. Best Buy stock was not doing very well, but then picked up.If they continue to be dishonest the public will find out soon enough. I am preparing to contact Consumer Affairs in the State of Florida. BBB, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please know that we are deeply sorry if the installation had issues. Our team personally reached out the customer to talk over the matter, and they placed new stainless steel hoses on the unit as well. A damage claim has been submitted with... our claims department who will be fully investigating the water leak.
