I have returned the call several times, and have not received a call back at this timeEvery time I have called it goes straight to voicemailYou only attempted to call me one time, and I promptly returned the call the same dayUnfortunately, due to the delayed response I went with another store and purchased the exact same washer and dryer setIt is unbelievable that you expect me to waste even more time trying to work with your companyWhat a lack of compassion for your customers time! I am beside myself that I am just finding out now how you feel about your customers!

05/22/2018To whom it may concern,Best Buy has reviewed the customers response and at this time our position remains unchanged. Best Buy has attempted to deliver the product that this customer ordered, and as this was an open item we can verify the Open Item License Plate Number (***) was the same on the purchase and the delivery item. As the customer declined delivery of this product after verifying the product with the store and our Geek Squad Appliances Escalation team, this sku has been cancelled from this order. Furthermore, as the customer was made aware, these appliances were purchased through a Warehouse direct Open Item promotional sale. The item in question was part of a limited time exclusive offer, as such we may be unable to match this price for future purchases outside of this limited time offer. We are sorry to hear that the options presented to the customer were not to their satisfaction; however, for further assistance, the customer would be directed to return to their local store to re-select a different product as they were not satisfied with the previous device.
