I am rejecting this response because:
We were not the ones who contracted with the delivery company, This was done through Best BuyIf we had known that the delivery company was not through Best Buy we would have most likely hired a company ourselves.. We have tried to work with the company who delivered the item, but they have been less than helpful in resolving this issue.By the way, they refer to themselves as Best Buy Home Delivery, so this should be something that should be addressed.Needless to say we will not be purchasing from Best Buy nor recommending Best Buy to anyone in the future

I do not know how Best Buy can say a sale is expired when I was on their app and it showed a sale and I clicked on it and the sale was wrong. I was baited into clicking on something I'm shopping for by showing a larger savings than what was actually there. This is disappointing but im not going to waste anymore time on this since they won't truly fix the issue

Dear Revdex.com, The Gift Card in question was send to the wrong address. An exception was made in this case and an E Gift Card was sent on 11/17/in the amount of $221.41. The Customer should check his email and find the card. If not in his inbox pleasecheck if it was sent

Dear Mr*** - We understand your concern that the dishwasher you purchased appears to have been previously installed. In researching the model that you purchased, we can see that the price you paid is less than 50% of the retail price. While I am unaware of the history of the
dishwasher you purchased, it is not uncommon for our associates to test a unit to ensure that it works before putting it out on the sales floor. This would be the case with a floor model, or an open box unit. Based on the price that you paid for the dishwasher, we are unable to offer you a further discount of $150.00, however, in the interest of good customer relations, we are willing to meet you in the middle and offer a $refund. I am rejecting this response because: I neglected to include that I lost hours office timeAs my billing rate is $500/hr and I was not able to reschedule some appointments, I took a significant financial loss due to Best Buy installers who all stated they "could not install" and plumbers with the same responseThis, in addition to the damage done to my carpeting due to mud, leaves and debris brought in by these (yes, 13) Best Buy contractors, I feel that I am due more than an apology and demand damages for my lossesAs I stated previously, I cancelled the order, ordered from *** *** and had the washer/dryer installed in daysI placed the order on 9/28/and it took over a month before I cancelled this order out of sheer frustration and anger
