I am rejecting this response because: best buy never called me or emailed me to say that the gift card will be mailed out and they resolved this problem and apologized to me, just like their customer service responses to my calls, saying that the matter will be resolved and they never resolved it. They are liars. I will wait three weeks to see if the gift card is actually mailed out before I fully accept that this complaint is resolved

I am rejecting this response because: We were contacted by Joanne on Monday who informed us that a damage claims adjuster from another company would be reaching out to us regarding the damage to our homeWe have not heard from that adjusterJoanne also requested additional information about the damage to the appliancesWe responded via email with a brief description, but indicated that we had sent a much longer description including pictures to Reynold ***, who we had previously spoken to regarding compensationWe have not heard back from herThis matter clearly does not have the full attention of Best Buy as it has been open with no resolution for weeks nowI feel that we are being pushed off since Best Buy has already collected the full paymentIf I do not receive the attention that this matter deserves, I will be contacting the credit card company to dispute the charges

Dear Revdex.com - Our terms and conditions for these promotions is listed at BUSINESS hours, not hours. What this means is that it can take up to 7-days for customer's to receive their certificates. The customer called in to get the certificate issued, which cancelled and reissued
the original certificate and has pushed back the amount of time that it will take for the customer to receive itWe're sorry that the customer was planning to make a purchase using the certificate during a sale, however, our timeframe is clearly listed on our site. actually been on the market longer and the NEBB model will replace it. All of the products that we sell go through this life cycle. This holiday season, Best Buy made the decision to offer "Black Friday" deals and pricing starting on November 8th.
