I still haven't received my furniture. Until my furniture has been delivered and I have been compensated for the extremely long waiting period, I do not consider this complaint resolved. The delivery company just told my sister that it will be another month. I ordered this furniture on November **, 2014. I was promised a 4-6 week delivery time period. This is absurd.

The seller did not mention whether the hutch will be replaced. Also they did not mention when the armed chairs will be replaced. I would like to have a firmed date to replace both hutch and armed chairs.
Even though the damage on the hutch was not noticed on the POD, but the seller has hired a third party to inspected the hutch. The third party indicated the damage was manufacturer defects. Whe I signed the POD, I did not notice the damage. As the seller mentioned, they did a thorough inspection before the delivery. They are the professionals in the business. If the damages were not noticed by the seller, it indicated the damages were not easy to see, particularly the damages are located inside the hutch. It is very reasonable for me not to find they before I sign the POD within limited time frame I had.

Revdex.com:A representative from the company called me in August several days after my order was placed. In that phone conversation, the representative told me that they would deliver the furniture at the agreed upon price, but only if I would accept it at a loading dock. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he was a manager. I told him I did not have a loading dock and that the order confirmation guaranteed white glove service (attached). He told me I would need to pay approximately $100 more for it to be delivered without a loading dock. Based on this conversation with the company, it does not seem that the merchant agreement was an issue when my order was cancelled.Regardless, I find it implausible that a merchant agreement would prohibit this company from taking responsibility for their own false advertising. BFC could offer me store credit for the difference between the current price and the price listed on my order confirmation. This would allow me to purchase the item at the price on my order confirmation, but would not sell the item below the current website price. This is not an issue of selling me an item below a merchant agreement price. This is an issue of BFD taking responsibility to mitigate the losses I have experienced from their false advertising. We received our furniture today. we are happy with the quality of the furniture, but extremely dissatisfied with the service we have received over the past 5 months.
I had the best experience with this store. They have the best prices! And very nice furniture! Andrian who helped me was very nice, helped me through everything, was patient, and kind. The delivery guys were very nice, put everything where I wanted it, made sure they cleaned up everything. I will be buying more furniture in the future when I need to. And will be telling people they need to shop here! We all need to save some money! My furniture looks like I paid a lot more then I did. Thanks so much! I love my new room, with my new furniture!!!!

In addition to beds, I ordered other matching furniture from Bedroom furniture. I just can't return the bed and live with rest of the furniture. I spoke with their customer service couple days ago. ??I just want to let you know all that I had a great experience with Bedroomfurnituresdiscounts services. I made an order back June 2015 and unfortunately for me it was backordered due to the demand of and beautiful dining room set but Andrian, customer services, was my angel on this since she was so accurate with the new dates for shipping and, best of all, the follow up until my delivery.

The cabinet arrived on time and perfectly. Although it is beautiful, it is not exactly what I expected. The finish is described as "frost" which I thought was a color and not a texture, but it is fine. When I looked at the close up of the picture on the website it appears to be smooth. Also, I asked the customer service dept (I should have asked Andrian who was extremely helpful with other questions) if there was an on/off switch and she was going to find out and get back to me but I found a "button". It would have been helpful if there had been some info on it. Overall, I am very happy with it. One small problem was that we had difficulty opening a closing the top drawer. A small screw fell out and now it is working properly. Although I give it 5 start, it should probably be 4 1/2.

The respondent is being untruthful and here are two pieces of evidence: 1) I did notice issues/problems with the product upon delivery and did log my complaint at that time. The delivery company took photos of the problems and wrote notes on the delivery receipt regarding the noted problems. The slip provided to you is not what I signed. I have attached a copy of my drivers license so you can see that the signature provided to you is fraudulent. 2) I followed up shortly after and the representative I corresponded with acknowledged via email that the delivery team passed along the concerns I expressed upon delivery and photos taken at that time. Attached is an email from them admitting that a followed that process and that they received pictures. This is a shady business clearly lying to the Revdex.com and its customers. Unless they agree to issue a refund or some other substantive compensation, I will sue them based on their shady business practices. Thank you for your review of this matter. [redacted]

When the order arrived at the delivery company for inspection, they informed us they found minor damages to the dining table. Dining Rooms Outlet informed the customer of the damages on October **, 2014. We ordered a brand new table at no cost to the customer, which has now been delivered to the delivery company for inspection. Dining Rooms Outlet is currently working with the local delivery company to have the customer scheduled for delivery as soon as possible.

Bedroom Furniture Discounts is well aware that their delivery company in [redacted] spoke with my husband on Thursday (2 days before scheduled delivery) and informed him that there wasn't room on the truck and our furniture was left behind. Our furniture has been sitting at this delivery company's warehouse since 4/*/15. That is 17 days. [redacted] received a call from "[redacted]" at the delivery company this morning and he couldn't even provide an explanation as to why it is still sitting there. All we hear from everyone involved is "sorry for your inconvenience". This has become far more than an inconvenience. We would like our furniture on the promised date of 4/**/15 (which is well beyond the timeline we were provided) or a full refund of $1499.99 credited to my credit card.

The link that was provided in the response from Bedroom Furniture Discounts does not address my complaint, nor does it provide any information relative to deliveries that are late. Customers of Bedroom Furniture Discounts are not afforded any information with regards to what happens if the delivery is late. According to the response provided by Bedroom Furniture Discounts, the customer is forced to accept the delivery regardless of whether or not the delivery occurs within the delivery window. However what Bedroom Furniture Discounts failed to state was that if the customer is not available to accept the delivery at the provided time slot the customer will be charged an additional premium. This practice is unfair and unacceptable.
In addition, the response from Bedroom Furniture Discounts provided a number with which could be used to file a complaint with its customer service. Prior to going to the Revdex.com I attempted to call in order to file a complaint. I was instructed that complaints could only be submitted by email. During my email correspondence with a representative of Bedroom Furniture Discounts I was never provided with a written delivery policy despite my requests for one. I also do not feel my complaint was ever formally recorded or considered.

Excellent service on behalf the assembling crew and Management. Mr. Mark G[redacted] was on top of the entire process, informing me via email from the preparation of the shipment until the arrival day. I also received several follow up phone calls keeping me informed of the trajectory and the projected day of the delivery. The assembling crew was quick and left the place clean after their job was done. Very professional organization and I am totally satisfied with the product and the great price.
The communication from the beginning was great and met my expectations. The timing was what we had to accept, but to save $1000 from the store room price was well worth the wait. We were not and are not disappointed. We are fully satisfied and will consider Discount Furniture again for furniture purchases. Adrian was above and beyond the call for customer service in a world that has lost that touch. We waited 7 years to make this purchase and we are very pleased with our choice in where to make the purchase from. Thank you Online Discount Furniture!
