policies and procedures with our partners to ensure these standards are carried out going forward.Although we quote a 4-6 week time frame, delays occasionally do occur. When this happens, we communicate this information to our customers and inform them when they can expect delivery.  Unfortunately, we learned of the damage much later in the process than is acceptable with our partners, and we apologize for the delay of this information to our customer. Bedroom Furniture Discounts was truly a great buying experience! Jade was an amazing sales person who not only was attentive to our needs, but truly cared about our satisfaction. We had a bit of an issue with one piece of furniture but upon bringing the issue up with Jade, a new piece was sent out within a week, free of charge. Jade also took the time to email tracking information as well as ensured our satisfaction after the arrival of the furniture piece. Bedroom Furniture Discounts as well as Jade, truly sell high quality materials at a great rate, as well as show great care for your satisfaction. We will most definitely be using this company again!!!

After a huge amount of dodging the issue, the business finally responded and proposed a resolution as described in their response, but this happened only after I arranged a three-way call with the business and my credit card company's dispute resolutions mediator. I also needed to contact the business's [redacted] and [redacted] directly via [redacted] after I was unable to get the attention of the line staff. Prior to those interventions, several of my phone messages and emails went unanswered, and promised follow-up emails from the business were never sent.
An additional, unacceptably long delay was caused by the business's failure to re-order the mirror from the manufacturer in a timely manner, after the original mirror was damaged in transit by the business's subcontractor prior to delivery. It apparently took Bedroom Furniture Discounts nearly two weeks to order the replacement mirror. Once the mirror finally shipped (surprisingly via standard, rather than expedited, shipping), the mirror was finally delivered to me and installed today. The replacement for the defective nightstand was also delivered to me today.
However, the agreement with the business was that the dresser would be repaired by the delivery agent ([redacted]) when the other items were delivered. The [redacted] employees who came to my home had not been informed of this, and they told me that they are "just delivery guys," not furniture repairmen. [redacted] at the Bedroom Furniture Discounts business is currently trying to arrange a repair visit today; if she is unable to do this, despite her absolute promise that the repair and the delivery would take place the same day, I will be forced to take a third day off from work to accommodate the additional service call.
The business's [redacted] offered me a $100 store credit toward a future order, but I will certainly not be giving my custom to this business again. Based on my insistence yesterday, [redacted] promised to send me a $100 Amazon gift card in partial compensation for the mess (not including the failure to repair the dresser today, if that ends up being the case). I frankly do not find this to be adequate compensation, but I recognize that this is probably the limit of [redacted]'s authority.
Given the number of issues with this order and the repeated failure to address them promptly and professionally -- including the long delay in ordering the replacement mirror from the manufacturer and the failed communication with the delivery/repair company today -- I am not convinced that the business's assurances about renewed focus on customer service are sincere.

I was leery to order furniture on line, but gave it a chance because the price was much lower than the local furniture store. The furniture is beautiful, I had a piece that was missing and a piece that was damaged, I emailed Mark G[redacted] and within 10 minutes he got back to me and ordered the pieces, within a week I received the replacement pieces. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I found the perfect dresser and chest for my grand daughter. BFD's website is easy to manipulate. I called for a discount and got it--great customer service and the option to participate in their financial plan via Affirm was great. Delivery was as noted and the white glove service was excellent. When I saw her furniture I was overjoyed--it was beautiful. My daughter and son-in-law loved it--these pieces are strong and sturdy and will last her a lifetime. I've already picked out my next purchase!!!!

I am responding to the letter sent from Bedroom Furniture Discount, Order Number [redacted]. This letter is dated October *, 2016. After placing my originalOrder on August **, 2016, I received my chest on September **, 2016. While the deliverymen were coming up my stairs with the chest, one of the men slipped and the chest hit the railing and chipped the chest on the outside of the top drawer. The chest was removed from my house and sent back to their company. I wrote dozens of emails to the Manager's Asif H[redacted] and Altair B[redacted] of Bedroom Furniture Discount asking them to credit my visa. I told them specifically that I did not want the chest repaired. My requests were ignored.  Now I know why they ignored all my emails. They were waiting for the chest to be repaired. If I don't accept the repaired chest, I get charged a restocking fee and round trip shipping costs which is outlandish!!!. I don't feel I should accept the repaired chest. It was the fault of one of their deliverymen. I want my visa credited which they won't honor. I have been requesting that my visa get credited since September [redacted] when their deliverymen fell and the dresser hit my railing and nicked the chest badly. If I do accept the chest, and the repair isn't to my satisfaction, then what????  I am 74 years old, and this is the first time a company rejected crediting my visa for the full amount of $1,097.10 when it was their fault!![redacted]

It was such a pleasure dealing with Bedroom Furniture Discounts. The furniture is great quality with the best prices.
Most importantly, the customer service is exceptional.
Mark M[redacted] provided the best customer service I have ever received from any company I have ever dealth with online. The constant communication regarding the status of the order was incredible. He was the reason why I did not hesitate to order my bedroom furniture online as I was very nervous doing so in the beginning. He was very pleasant and prompt in any questions or concerns I had regarding the order.
The furniture arrived in excellent condition and was delivered in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend Bedroom Furniture to all my family and friends.
I am so happy with the order and love love my new bedroom furniture!

The entire process from start to finish was very easy. The gentlemen who delivered my furniture worked very quickly, but were also careful when unpacking & assembling. I plan to use this service again in the future & would highly recommend Mark G[redacted]

chest and chesser of the bedroom set. Upon investigation with the manufacturer, there were no major damages to the merchandise, as the furniture is meant to have a distressed look. The local delivery hub touched up the scratches to restore the merchandise to the manufacturer's standards. Per our Returns & Cancellations policy (attached): - We stand by our products. You will not be charged for the re-delivery of any previously damaged products. We reserve the right to fix damaged or defective pieces at our discretion.- Furniture with a distressed finish may have marks, spots, scratches, and/or other distress marks that are intentionally made by the manufacturer to achieve a "distressed" look. These are not considered damages or defects.- Any cancellation requests submitted *4 hours after the order is placed are subject to the Returns Policy below:- Orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund equaling the purchase price minus both a 30% restocking fee and round-trip shipping and handling costs each way. We attempted to re-deliver the items on March *, however the items were refused again, as the customer did not like the distressed look. The company was great - the people that delivered the furniture were very careful and did not disrupt anything, which was important since we were going through a large renovation at the time. There was one small problem but the customer service group took care of it right away. Very nice job!

First time ordering furniture online and we were pretty nervous about it but the experience was better than expected. The only downside was the amount of time it took for the furniture to actually get to our place but once it did we were very satisfied with the quality of our couch.
