do not stock the merchandise. Since all of the furniture is ordered from the manufacturer to our warehouse and delivered to our customer, damage does occasionally occur in transport. When this happens, it is noted and we take the appropriate steps to rectify the matter.The customer refused delivery of the bed on the most recent delivery date of March [redacted]. We have ordered a brand new replacement from the manufacturer, which is transit to the local hub for inspection. Once inspected, we will expedite delivery to our customer. Should the customer wish to cancel, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus a 30% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs. Per our Returns & Cancellations policy:
Any cancellation requests submitted 24 hours after the order is placed are subject to the Returns Policy below.
Orders may be returned or cancelled within 15 days of receipt for a refund equaling the purchase price minus both a 30% restocking fee and round-trip shipping and handling costs. These costs are deducted from the refund, regardless of whether you were you were originally invoiced for shipping or if the costs were discounted or free.
Returned items are never resold to customers, as they are no longer new; they are usually donated to charity

They say they care about the customer but do zero to resolve the issue. I waited over 4 months for a dresser that they quoted 4 to 6 weeks. Every week I emailed to find out the status and every week they sent back an email saying they care about customers and they are looking in to it. I think people need to know this is not a reputable company. I have read other complaints where they offered $100 back to the customer. I guess since I was nice to them, I did not get this prize. This terrible company needs to be stopped.

We received our furniture (love seat and sofa) in about a week or so. Very fast shipping and we opted for the free "white glove service" and they still set it up in the area of our choosing. Mark G[redacted] was very easy to communicate with over email, answering any Q's we had about our furniture and delivery options.
I have used Bedroom Furniture Discounts for couple times now and I have bought my master bedroom and living room furniture from this awesome store. I am very satisfied with the service provided and especially Wendy was one of the representatives that helped me place my order, she is awesome and order was placed very quickly. Also got great additional discount on my living room furniture, so we are very happy. Keep up the great service and I will definitely recommend this store to everyone in my family.

I am so happy with Bedroom Furniture Discounts, they have many many selections of great quality furniture. They also work with Affirm financing and I got approved when all the other big chains turned me down. The website and application process in incredibly easy. Raquel and Adrian totally took care of me following my order through and keeping me informed by email and phone. They delivery guys where very fast, friendly and professional, I even got a call that they could come a little earlier which worked for me. They get an outstanding job done from me...thanks, my only furniture shopping source from now on.

They send me an e mail back on the same day letting me know that their truck is on the way to pick up my furniture from the warehouse ([redacted]) coming week. I still wanted to cancel and requested refund. they replied they are forwarding my request. every thing untrue, no refund was processed. On 4/**/15 at 9:45 AM I rece a call from Nick, he apologized for the delay and explained that delay was due to not having all the pieces of furniture that I ordered, now they have all the pieces and they're already on the truck to be delivered to local delivery company on 4/**/15. When the order was placed everything was in stock so that they can get my money, until 4/** this was never shared with me. I said I requested refund on 4/**/15. Nothing was done till then, so he threatened me to charge 30% fee. That is how much deceitful they are.On 4/** I received the e mail that my furniture is expected to be delivered to delivery company [redacted] on 4/**.this did not happen so I googled it to get their phone and called I was amazed how much I had been lied about 1. They told me no record, call on 4/** to check.2. 4/**. They did not received all pieces, missing dinning table. Just to be clear each piece has a build in delivery charges. I requested to ship all other items now and when table comes later ship that. They refused to do that.3. SURPRISE. I was under the impression that my furniture has been shipped from [redacted] to local local delivery company in [redacted], guess what this so called local delivery company is in [redacted] entirely in the opposite direction and way further from [redacted]. Next big lie: on 5/*/15 at 11:21 am received an e mail from seller that their company had been calling me and left message on my phone to confirm delivery schedule their number ###-###-####. I told them that their is neither a miss call nor any message from delivery company but I will call them. When I called they were surprised a. They did not call meb. Their is no truck scheduled to go towards [redacted] at the moment. I told them that I was told by seller that it will be delivered on 5/*. They said they have none scheduled and check back with seller. I e mailed them back and was told they will check and will update me. Since then nothing.

The mechanism that was replaced is doing the same thing will not recline now last Friday the other side has malfunctioned. This is a warranty issue and needs to be replaced the manufacture has the warranty for a year. This is not from abuses of the furniture and the need to stand up to the warranty. This is nothing but faulty product that needs to be fixed. Why do you have a warranty if you dont stand behind it. I have not had this furniture very long and we only have myself and my husband living there it should hold up with not any issues. This is very fustrating that something you purchase new and malfunctions and you will not cover the warranty. Both the dealer and manufacture are liable to repair under the warranty they stated. I feel that we are getting the shaft why did we purchase this due to review of high quality furnityer and the warranty this was not a cheap set to purchase.

At the beginning I was bit skeptical of buying a furniture from an online place that I knew little about it. However, I am glad I tried it. I saved a bunch of hundreds of $$$ as their prices were much cheaper than [redacted] itself. The support over the phone and e-mail was very good. The only downside was that we had to wait a little longer than if we would have bought it from the store, but luckily we were not in a hurry so it didn't hurt to wait.
The shipping went smooth and very quick. Although the driver encountered some issues on the the delivery date he offered to come next day first thing in the morning (7:30am) and so he did.
This website and the folks that works with it are legit. I have saved the website in my bookmarks and next time I need furniture it will be my 1st stop.

My husband is a disabled veteran and cannot bend to look at the chair as they brought it in. they were aware he was disabled and did not offer to look at it for him, and they brought it in with no wrap or box or blanket on it. They put it against the wall so he could not move it to get behind it to see it. we have dealt with rude people and cannot get a corp number to call . I have sent several emails to the supposed CEO and no reply....

I was hesitant to order furniture online. We purchased the Prentice Bedroom Collection from Signature Design by Ashley Furniture. I read a lot of reviews and decided to go for it. Per a few others reviews I was prepared for a wait. We were fine with that because it gave us time to move and clean out my daughters bedroom. The big savings was so worth it! It took around seven weeks from the time I placed the order to delivery and set up. Speaking of delivery...The delivery guys did a great job. They were on time and very respectful and helpful. We will definitely use bedroomfurniturediscounts.com again!! A+++ The furniture is beautiful and the exact same suite we looked at and almost purchased from our local Ashley Furniture Store.
