Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, *** *** filed with your office. OurBrookfield, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. Unfortunately, we have no notes or records indicating why Ms***
feels that she has been overcharged for services. We also don't show that Ms*** had intentions to cancel her membership. Xperience Fitness has never received a membership cancellation form from Ms***

Thank you again for making us aware of the concerns, *** *** has. Our goal is to make sure we work with our current and former clients to come up with a compromise with any dispute. Xperience Fitness has no record of a membership cancellation letter from *** *** or from her husband Jonathan ***. If Ms*** provide us with proof of said cancellation, we would consider this matter closed. Both accounts have an outstanding unpaid balance of $each totaling $235.92. Xperience Fitness is willing to compromise with $117.96, half of the total amount due. After receiving payment, both account would be removed from collections status and canceled permanently.Please contact our Customer Support Center to make final payment. Thank you. ###-###-####

In addition to that, Xperience Fitness has a "30-Day" notice of cancellation which is clearly stated on the membership agreement.? Technically Xperience Fitness does not owe *** *** a refund of membership dues.? Since *** *** did pay her last month dues upfront at the time of enrollment, we are more than happy to refund that.? The amount refunded? will be? $which will be credited to billing information that we have on file within to business days.? We again, trust that this matter has been amicably resolved and will consider this matter closed

there was any miscommunication regarding the annual maintenance fee.? Our annual maintenance fee is displayed on the front side of the membership agreement directly above where the customer signs the agreement.? Xperience Fitness also has a large display in out lobby explaining club rule and? policies along with our annual maintenance fee and dates.? It is also the consumer’s job to review anything prior to signing an agreement at any business.? With that said,? Ms*** and the other two member have canceled their memberships and will not be using the services of Xperience Fitness so we are happy to accommodate her request and will refund the annual fees on all accounts.? Prime and Q coaching on 01/16.? XF Prime:This service includes the one-on-one sessions plus a monthly supply of supplementsThese are itemized out in the way they bill, meaning the sessions bill on one contract and the supplements bill from anotherHer sessions are set to bill biweekly on Fridays and her supplements are set to bill monthly on the 26th of each month.Q:Ms*** Q contract is also itemized out, meaning it has its own contractThat bills monthly on the 16th.? As ABC Financial, our billing company tried to pull these payments when they were due, they came back multiples times on multiple seperate occasions as NSFThis then spiraled into a domino effect causing her payments to overlap and clear on random days since ABC Financial continues to try and pull any past due balance.? Our Personal Trainer, *** cancelling on Ms*** twice with less than a 9-hour notice is unacceptable and appropriate action has been taken.? In regard to Ms*** payment issues, *** did send Ms*** copies of her contracts to help her understand how they were set up to bill.? We trust that this has been amicably resolved and will consider this matter closed unless Ms*** has further questions

are "individual" memberships regardless who pays for the membership.? When cancelling a? membership agreement at Xperience Fitness the member must submit a cancellation form for? each individual? wishing to cancel.? This policy is listed on the front of the membership agreement that each member signs.Ms***? called last week because? she cancelled? her membership over a year ago and stated that she was still getting charged for the child care.? After we told Ms*** our cancellation policy, she said "I guess I just assumed when I cancelled that it would all be cancelled since it was all billed together".? ? Ms*** could have avoided? these additional charges? by reading the cancellation policy on the? membership agreement form.? Xperience Fitness will cancel the account and? refund a total of $back to her daughters account.? We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider the matter closed.?

I am wondering why the account was sent to collections in the first placeThe e-mail I received on 8/19/had stated that if I did not call within five days of receiving the e-mail, then the amount would be turned over to collectionsI called the representative who had sent me the e-mail that same dayI also filed my complaint which was received by Xperience Fitness before that five day period had endedI do not want this mishap to negatively impact my credit

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When we signed up it was $sign up fee along with 1st and last month dues waivedI cancelled my accounts as told and received notification that they got itI was told that I will not have any more payments taken out of my accounts since the last month is waivedHowever 4-27-monthly dues of $were removed on the accounts and a bill was sent for the thirdI called the West allis office who verified that I was correct regarding the promotion and that I needed to talk to a manager but one was not inI then was told to Notify *** in the Corporate officeI have notified *** via email who really has not helpI also emailed the manger Jamie at the West Allis office and still have not heard anythingI am very frustrated that I keep getting a run aroundI would like my withdrawls of $credited back to my account and the 3rd one that was billed to be removed.?

With that said, the ownership group has decided to refund both accounts from 2-14-through 2-24-2015? for membership dues and one annual fee each.? Both accounts will be refunded $each.? After Mr*** enrolled in our Q program he was given a copy of the agreement which clearly states our cancellation policy under "This agreement is nonrenewable" section and at the end of the day, it is up to the consumer to read what they are signing.? ? We realize that sometimes consumers make hasty buying decisions and sign off on something that ultimately? might not work with their? schedule.? We believe every business sees that from time to time.?
