Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, *** *** filed with your office. Our Racine, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. Xperience Fitness frequently runs specials on our enrollment fee at our
different locations. Which was the case when Mr*** joined our club. We have since spoke with Mr*** and have credited his account. We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed

Thank you once again for making us aware of the additional concerns Ms*** has. Our billing company, ABC Financial is under a strict policy with Xperience Fitness which we do not allow ABC to waive late and service fee that a member might accrue when their accounts declines. Xperience Fitness offered a settlement offer to Ms*** minus the late and service fees that would end up saving her over sixty dollars. Therefore the balances are different. membership cancellations over the phone or at a club location. When members come to the club to cancel their membership we have a very specific way to cancel their account and provide the member with proof of cancellation. Ms*** did not review her signed membership agreement and follow the proper cancellation policies and procedures. It is also apparent that Ms*** has no intentions in paying her past due amount to Xperience Fitness which is why we are canceling her membership and removing her from our database.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed

*** ***'s membership is canceled and the past due amount owed has been waived. There is no need for Ms*** to mail a certified letter to our Corporate Office to cancel her membership. Attached is Ms***'s invoice history for her to review or dispute with our billing company. Again, since NO cancellation letter was ever received by Xperience Fitness or ABC Financial we are unwilling to issues ant refund.

Our Appleton, WI location continuously passes weekly and monthly cleaning audits conducted by our *** ** *** we have never been warned or fined by the Health Department. We have cleaning crews around the clock. Mr*** is a chronic complainer at our facility and the reason his membership had been terminated is that he was causing a seen in our front lobby and yelling at our Manager. This is simply unacceptable. We will consider this complaint closed unless notified otherwise

signed membership agreement that she received at the time of enrollment. Highlighted is our cancellation policy and Corporate mailing address. On 7/20/was the first time Xperience Fitness was made aware of Ms***'s intention to cancel her membership agreement. At no point prior to 7/20/2016 did Xperience Fitness receive a letter of cancellation from Ms*** or receive any phone calls to our customer service center. Xperience Fitness is willing to waive the past due amount owed of $48.99 and her membership has been canceled since 7/20/2016. We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

With that said, the ownership group has decided to refund both accounts from 2-14-through 2-24-2015 for membership dues and one annual fee each. Both accounts will be refunded $each. Please allow days to process.We trust that this matter has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this complaint closed

complainant's statement of the facts. The company reviewed surveillance footage of the kid's club incident involving the member's child. The company also showed the member the surveillance footage. Member then produced photos of her child that were and days old after the incident. Photos showed a small rug burn like abrasion over the eye of the child. However, the clearly view-able indisputable camera footage shows that this abrasion could not have possibly happened in our kids clubIn addition, the camera footage shows the complainant's child throwing large blocks at another child barley missing the child's headVideo footage also shows complainant's child aggressively trying to bite and attack another child. The company has been cooperative and has appropriately addressed the unreasonable demands of this member in light of clearly convincing video footage evidence. Xperience Fitness agrees to refund dues on each account for the month of May since member/s didn't use our services. We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed

received the cancellation form that Mr.*** said he filled out at the club nor, did we receive the cancellation through fax. Mr*** did call our office at the end of December and his intensions were clear that he wanted his membership canceled so, Xperience Fitness has refunded Mr*** the amount requested. this incident, it has come to our attention that Ms*** was causing a seen at our front desk. Ms*** was yelling at our front desk attendant and trying get our members not to come in. Completely unexceptionable behavior. Xperience Fitness has canceled Ms***'s membership and refunded the $for personal training. Our Green Bay, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.We understand that sometimes people forget to read their membership agreement and follow the proper procedures to cancel their membership. But in this case, while *** K was using our club she was contacted by our billing company, ABC Financial five times in the month of July notifying her that her credit card on file was about to expire. They received no response from ***. From September 16, through December 15, our billing company attempted to reach out to *** over (30) times (see attachment) again, with no return phone call or any type of communication. *** or her family neglected to communicate with Xperience Fitness and or to our billing company until her account was on the brink of going to collections then we received this complaint.Please contact *** Bat our Corporate Office to clear the debt owed920-886-2804.Member number 6758-
