program did not work for Ms***. Xperience Fitness has thousands of personal training clients getting great results and are on their way to becoming Unstoppable. We also understand that personal training is not for everyone and in this case it appears that there was some misunderstanding. We have canceled all recurring services and Ms***'s personal training agreement. We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

Again, we are sorry that Ms*** wasn't one of the majority. Below is a note between Ms*** and our employee regarding the conversation they had. 01/03/02:PMContacted *** and said she can come in and use the sessions if she wantsShe stated that she has free session on top of the sessions she has left but there is no record of it that I can seeI told her that she can come in and use them but she didn't want to because she is training at another gymShe requested a refund and I told her that there is a day cancellation policy and that if she wanted to use the sessions she can- *** Ms*** acknowledged she only had three personal training session left on her account but claimed she had three additional Free personal training session, which Xperience Fitness has no record of. Xperience Fitness has issued a refund for the three remaining personal training sessions. apologize to Ms*** if she miss understood our representative. This complaint is NOT a recurring matter with Xperience Fitness and its clientele but we will conduct an investigating and will take necessary steps with further training with our employees on this matter.Xperience Fitness will waive the Annual Fee this year (10-15-15) for Ms*** but the fee will need to be paid next year (10-15-16) and each year moving forward.We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

respond.Xperience Fitness has never received a cancellation of membership form from *** ***. Matter of fact, *** emailed our Corporate Office on 12/6/at 11:29am stating she was fully aware of the balance owed ($84.35) and said she would attempt to pay something that month toward her membership. Attached is a copy of all correspondence that our Corporate Office has had with *** *** and her acknowledging the past due balance owed to Xperience Fitness. *** *** may contact our customer support center to arrange payment ###-###-####. Thank you.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed

experience. All cancellation refunds must go through our accounting department which is why we cannot do refunds at the club. ***'s refund was submitted on 8/21/and should have been credited to her account on file by now. Re: *** A*** *** - ***If a member doesn't submit a cancellation notification to Xperience Fitness either by mail, e-mail, live chat or by visiting the club and completing a cancellation form, we have no way to know that the members intentions are to cancel their membership so our billing process continues. This is not fraudulent activity on the part of Xperience Fitness. This falls on the member complying with our cancellation policy to assure themselves that their membership is canceled

never received a cancellation letter from Ms. ***. Shortly after Ms. *** enrolled she was continuously contacted by our billing company, ABC Financial regarding some billing issues. Attached are documents from ABC Financial showing all attempts, dates and times they tried reaching out to Ms. *** but with no success. If Ms. *** did truly cancel her membership when she stated, why didn't Ms. *** talk to or mention this to our billing company when they called and sent letters to her?Our records also indicate that Ms. *** updated her billing on file with Xperience Fitness on 7-6-2016. Moving forward, we have canceled Ms***'s membership and with no proof of cancellation, no communication with our billing company and just recently updated her billing on file, Xperience Fitness will not issue a refund.

and not one, besides Ms*** has complained about our business tactics. Xperience Fitness prides itself on the professionalism and ethical business practices our Personal Training Department displays to our members and to the community we surround. This is the second Personal Training Agreement Ms*** has signed and agreed to with our company. Ms*** is fully aware of the terms and conditions of the latest Personal Training agreement as she has signed off on it, please see attachment.Since Ms*** is not in the financial position to fulfill her obligation, Xperience Fitness is willing to waive the balance of her Personal Training Agreement ($3,712.12) and give Ms*** up until March 25, 2016 to use the six unused personal training sessions that are paid for. We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

It is inappropriate that this response states that we consistently have trouble keeping our accounts current throughout our membership We had been Gold Gym Members for a long time previous to this purchase into Xperience, and if notes were taken properly it was known that our bank changed our check card number when our card was re-issued after a business breach and we took care of it immediately when Experience made contact with us I have yet again emailed all the snapshots as far back as my email allows me to and forwarded them to *** Also, I have been twice ignored now asking for the owner/ceo contact information
