I sincerely apologize for the issues the customer experienced with this order We have been trying very hard to get the manufacturer to cooperate but they have not responded to any of our inquiries I have just escalated this matter to them personally and I hope to have a reply very
soon, at which point we will be able to bring the matter to a close Please note that this issue originated from a warranty issue with a product we did not manufacture and the only hois that the manufacturer is not cooperating That said, I apologize again for the delays and I can assure you that we will get it taken care of as quickly as we can

I took this under review and found that the customer placed two separate orders in error totaling $a piece We were able to get one of the orders cancelled and we provided the customer with a full refund of $ When the second order arrived it was found that the incorrect
quantity was shipped so we processed a refund of $to compensate for this At this point the customer has received all of the compensation their are entitled to so no further action is needed We apologize for any inconvenience the customer experienced. Sincerely,Autoplicity Customer Service

Autoplicity had a listing on their site for replacement lenses for KC hilites, I ordered and paid for of the part number on March Their website stated that they had them in stockI received confirmation that I placed the order and then nothing else after that March 23, I called customer support agent who stated that the order was canceled and I was refunded the purchase amount on March but I was never informed by email or by phone I just called my credit card and they confirmed that the money was refunded The customer service agent could not help me with trying to obtain the part so I then talked to a sales rep who told me the listing was incorrect and that the part was discontinued; meanwhile as I was looking on the website it was still showing they had in stockI asked if there was anything they could do for me to obtain the part because the manufacturer still makes the part, and they said no and was fairly rude about it They didn't care that their website was incorrect The service rep stated that that their IT department might have been busy and hadn't had time to update the website yet I looked on March 24, and the part is no longer on their website

I am rejecting this response because: I believe this is advertisement nowhere in that add did it say this was a replacement part you have wasted my time buying from you my time mailing back to you and my time responding to your lies you make mistakes as everyone does but you do not own up to them you try to instead bullying the consumer and make them feel stupid and wether I receive the product I was supposed to or not I want to make sure that other consumers are aware of your shady business practices HAVE A GOOD DAY

Dear Mr***Without going into too much detail, it is important to note that some manufacturers are better at providing service than others Unfortunately, in this instance they are taking a very long time to respond despite several emails and phone calls We are trying to escalate this for you today but we are at the mercy of the manufacturer I can assure you this is not a delay tactic We simply need confirmation of the cancellation before we can provide a refund It is entirely possible that the order shipped within the last couple days and we need to make sure that is not the case I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding this matter.
