I ordered a set of rotorsThey sent me an email mail stating that it would be almost a month until they would be deliveredI questioned the length of time and complained and they explained that the order was not on track and that it would be longerI complained and they in turn cancelled my orderIt has been over a week and they have not r turned my moneyI opened a case through PayPal in hopes of getting my refundStay away from this company!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:First, I need to hear from Autoplicity that if I return the item as they propose, I will receive a full refund of my purchase priceThere must be no shipping, restocking, or any other charges assessed against me.Second, the notion that my package, which should have shipped out on Thursday, actually shipped out moments before I demanded cancellation the following Tuesday is absurdIt is just another lie in a series of lies that I have received from this companyA little more background might be helpfulAs I noted earlier, placed my order on Thursday before noon on Thursday, expecting the order to ship out the same dayWhen I saw that my order had not shipped by about pm that day, I called Autoplicity to find out whether we could get it out the same dayThe person on the phone assured me that the item would ship out on FridayHe did not mention that it was shipping from a 3rd party vendor and nothing on the website indicated that this item would ship from a 3rd party vendorOn Monday 1/8, it still hadn't shippedI called Autoplicity again and got the same person on the phoneThat is when I first learned that my order wasn't coming from Autoplicity but rather from a 3rd party vendor, which is why it has been delayedBut he assured me that it would ship out on MondayThat too was falseI asked him why no one told me previously that the item was coming from a 3rd party and that it would be delayedHe had no response for meI waited another day, until Tuesday, to cancelWhen I demanded cancellation, I had recieved no email that my item was being prepared for shipment and there was no indication of the same that on the company websiteThe first email about shipping came nearly an HOUR laterThe notion that it was already too late the cancel when I sent me email is absolutely incredible.Third, I cannot understand why Autoplicity would use a 3rd party vendor that mislabels products passing them off as being something other than they areIf that is indeed who Autoplicity does business with, that alone is reason to be disgustedBut it seems far more likely that Autoplicity needed to get the order out in a hurry and so set out whatever it could get its hands on, regardless of the inherent dishonesty. I ordered one simple part by manufacturer part number via phone with Autoplicity, the price was the bestI received something different and rather than the company trying to correct their error, the gave me a run around, making me call them numerous times and even told me to take pictures of the product they sent meThey also refused to send me the correct product until after they had received their wrong product back, causing further delays In the interim, the tried to quote me their return policies and then stalled in issuing the RMA promised meVery disappointed and still waiting for the RMAThe few dollars I would have saved was spent in a couple of hours in BS; waiting, arguinmg and frustrationNever again! I am a classic car restorer and purchase lots of partsI thought I found a good sourceTheir loss

The price on the site was incorrect, we admit to the pricing error on our siteAs per our conversation, the customer was guided to our policy where it clearly states "There may be occasional price mistakes on the site, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders."
