The company manager I spoke to promised the part was going to be sent out on October That never happened this company has customer service valuesAdditionally I explained to the manager who lied and avoided my follow up calls that the nearest ups dropped to my house was miles awayMy vehicle was rendered unusable for days while they took there timeI will not drive miles to drop off there package unless I am compensated for my days loss of vehicle and gas money to get the package to the locationI don't know who they think they are but they will not treat me like they do the rest of their customers

Hello, The part the customer ordered as per manufacture part number corresponds to a skid place hardware, the customer was under the impression that a skid plate would be shippedAfter the first order the customer was refunded in full and was explained that the item ordered was NOT a skid
plate rather only hardwareThe customer then went ahead and placed yet another order for the same exact part number expecting a different itemYet again we explained to the customer that this is NOT a skid plateThe order was cancelled and a full refund was issued

I am rejecting this response because:if the claim is closed online *** will not suppot the $credit that is due to me *** are consulting that the claim must stay open in order to protect transactionI can’t control *** policy and they claim that does not prevent autoplicity from giving creditOnce credit is received I would have closed claim based on *** policyBut this is par for course blame me for their failures in just giving the creditThey got their part back but now won’t give me my creditNothing more than theft in my opinionShameful and fraudulent!
