The complaint against Alder Company will be resolved and a request to remove the complaint from Revdex.com as soon as I receive a written letter from Travis C*** releasing me from the contract for the alarm system He said on September 28, he would mail a letter the next day . As of today Friday October , I have not received a letter I have however received an e-mail agreeing to cancel the contract between Alder and myself and that I owe Alder nothing . They will be allowed to pick up their equipment at a time that is reasonable.*** Thank you *** ** ***

I am rejecting this response because: my husband contacted MrN*** and he stated that he would have someone call us to install the camerasWe are still waiting for that to happenSubsequently, no one from Alder has contacted us to return the equipment eitherSo, as I stated to MrN*** during our phone conversation we are willing to keep the service, provided they honor the promises that their sales rep made to us. We understand that the cameras are expensive and the company is not wanting to give them away but that is what we were promised by an over zealous sales rep who wanted our businessThis is the only bone of contention between ourselves and AlderMrN*** promised me someone would call and they never did, as he has done with my husbandHe can call either of us directly as he has our numbers and set up the installation. We know that this will cause our monthly bill to go up and we are okay with that.

I am rejecting this response because: I am glad they want to give one month service but my bill I receive it where I can not send payment till 10th or later from receiving bill Also like I stated I have called and complained more than times and have photos of sensors on phone where I texted it to their techsThey can insist that I did not complain but that is why I offered pulling my cell and home records to prove otherwiseI have also contacted the LaAttorney on this matter.. I am y/o and have been in businesses since I was y/o and I know they customer service is not to par and if bill is due by 20th it is not delinquent so why they start calling on 15th of month and I have not paid where I have been a month overdue. thanks

Our records indicate that Ms*** was not charged an installation feeShe was charged for her first month of service, which we explained during the phone call prior to installation, but as a courtesy we have already refunded that payment to the customer due to the misunderstanding
