We had to relocate and asked multiple times to ensure the contract would not be renewed and was told that was correctUpon moving again we was told the contract was renewed without noticeWe pay them for security when in fact they are the thievesAbsolutely the worst theft I have ever had!!

I was connected to several different people in the ADT department because they said that the only people that was having water damage was the state of *** and refused to turn off service I explain to them that I am renting and the own lived in *** ask us to move, he was not making no more repairswe had to move out and put our belonging in uhaul storagethe company that was handling the property explain that we must remove the Adt alarm when leaving the house so we unplug it because ADT refused and now saying we owe a lot of money This was something out of our control, have pictures and documents of moving in temporary area, yet they still said I broke a contract with themI did not have control over the weather and water that came into the *** area

Horrible service, Customer service hung up on me when my alarm was going off and they called meCalled them back trying to disarm it and they have literally no idea how to work their own system! Basically ended up in me ripping it off the wall because ADT Is literally no help what so everhorrible companyCannot wait to be done with them and get this contract that I personally did not actually sign but account is in my name

We made several requests for discontinuation of service at a vacated premise months ago, but continue to be billed for service

Canceled service in April I'm still being charged
Service was canceled on April 11, due to death of consumer I called them and was told it could not be canceled without a copy of the death certificate I emailed them a copy along with a note asking them to cancel the service They still have not canceled the service and I'm still being charged for this service I have called multiple times, resent the death certificate and still they continue to charge me The last call I was told it would be canceled and I could expect a refund

ADT is NOT following up on my complaint after two phone calls to remove the Camera installed 5/
I reinstated my ADT system on 5/ There is nothing in my contract that states we had days to cancel It does states, however we have months to cancel installation In speaking to Brandi Davis on the 5/she said we cant cancel and would have to pay $1600- it wasn't a full week Prior to speaking w/ Brandi I spoke with a gentlemen from the tech department to see if I was missing some much needed features that would make this camera install more appeasing I was informed by Ms*** that someone would call me but that has yet to happen I feel as though Im being ignored because I DO NOT WANT THEIR CAMERA SECURITY SERVICEIf they can produce a fully executed contract which shows we agreed to or was informed about a day cancellation then fineIF not, I want this equipment off and my $$$ back

Removal of residential security system equipment requires ADT tools, which fact ADT does not communicate
ADT advertises and communicates, deceptivelyADT says they will not remove equipment, but does not share that only their technicians have screw drivers with tiny square headsTo remove equipment, homeowner must cut the equipment out of the walls and doorsI've offered to pay a service charge for removal or pay to borrow the tool, and was told the next homeowner might want the system, so it's policy not to help me remove it
