my account was set to auto renew OFF in error on our part approx 6-months ago and yesterday the account was shut down without our knowledge, no warning email not phone call no nothing Our business is a web based business and it is now offline Our emails no longer work.....within an hour of shut down....I called and overseas rep explained because of the auto renew was OFF he could not help me that I would have to start a new account and SIGN UP AGAIN ok well our account had approx domains and sub domains registered and we DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCESS TO THEM 1andnow wants us to pay for a transfer fee of per domain just to move to a new account

my website keeps going down because the 1&server keeps losing my settings that point it to my hosttimes in the last daysI can't run my business when site is downit should be pointed time and that is it

I transferred my account to my sister over a year ago (maybe 2) and I got a bill yesterday for a delinquent payment I called the customer service number and the guy told me I had to fill out forms for the transfer but I told him I already filled them out but he refused to accept that

In July of 2015, I purchased one year of hosting and a domain from 1&Internet, Inc(hereon referred to as "1&1")This payment was made in full for a projectIt is important to note that at no point was I notified I would be billed again at the end of the term unless I took action On July 22nd of 2016, at 3:AM, I received an invoice via in the amount of $98.87, being told that my long-dormant hosting had just renewed and I would soon be hit by the charge in the form of a [redacted] withdrawalHoping to avoid any conflict, I contacted the listed email address immediately upon reading this email at 9:AM of the same day, informing them that I received no notice of an upcoming renewal (and thereby no chance to cancel in advance) and had no desire to renew this packageI received no response, and was charged that $on July 24th at 9:PM

In January I had downgraded my hosting 1&contract # [redacted] from L to M plan The M plan cost advertised at the moment of sign was $9.99/month In February and March I've been charged twice this amount (invoices [redacted] and [redacted] ) My e-mails about the issue remained unanswered, a phone support couldn't resolve the problem I have disputed overcharged amount with my credit credit card bank and got half of the paid invoices back Then I received from 1¬ification about outstanding payments and replied them with documents that support my actions They didn't respond in any way but instead without warnings shut down the server my business based on

My 1andcustomer id is [redacted] 1andrepeatedly try and charge me and my husband for expired domain names In the domain settings, we set the domains with auto-renew disabled, and after a year the domain expires as it should However, they still bill us for these domains anywayThis have happened times since May 16th Most recent with a $invoice (inv# [redacted] ) for contract # [redacted] Since this have happened multiple times over a month period, and still happens, I strongly suspect this is a fraudulent method to get money from unsuspecting customers We are reporting this to The Florida Attorney General and the FBI internet crime complaint center as well

My hosting account with 1andwas hacked on May 14th, Some random person (identity thief) was able to obtain my name, address, and the last digits of my credit card and use this to gain FULL ACCESS to my hosting account with 1andHe called them with this information and they have no additional security features or procedures in place to prevent something like this from happeningI did not receive any security alerts at all and 1anddid not do anything to contact me to CONFIRM the changes that the hacker made to my account - the first of which was change the contact email on the account so that I wouldn't get any email notifications about what was going onThe login activities clearly show that someone from Atlanta, GA logged in on May 14thI have NEVER logged into my account from Atlanta, GA so that should have raised a security flagThe account information also says that the contact information was modified to the hackers email address on May 14th- [redacted] @***.comThi

I am writing with regard to my ecommerce plan I have spent over $with 1andand still do not have a functional site live The support has been nonexistent I sit on hold for to minutes only to get someone overseas that provides no help The templates and themes offered have no variety and the free ones do not load properly The ease of use that you claim in your advertisements is not true I have spent countless hours loading over products When you switched your platform for the ecommerce I lost keywords for nearly all these products, costing me countless hours of work to redo them I feel I have wasted countless hours and over $for nothing

1&is consistent in terms of deceptive business and customer service practicesI received a bill for a domain ( [redacted] that I cancelled back sometime during the 1st quarter of and have a screen shot showing that it is indeed cancelledI was sent an outstanding balance statement (invoice [redacted] ) for something that I cancelled! I previously paid for a year contract for http://www[redacted] This website hosting plan was to expire in December I cancelled this contract for another year in Dec This company sent me a cancellation email that stated they accepted my cancellation request and my account would be cancelled After this, I was hounded by this company that demanded I pay them $for another year of hosting I emailed them to say I no longer want to do any further business with them and to again cancel my account and stop billing me Today in the mail I received another request to pay for this account This letter also states that I have a delinquent account and they will turn this account over to a collections agency if I do not pay I no longer have services provided from them and I cancelled my account with them and I would like resolution to this problem

I informed + via email and phone that I wish to cancel my service when was told that it would be taken care ofmonths later I am still getting letters about billing I tried to contact them once again and was told that their cancellations department was down and that there was nothing they can doThey are not giving me an option to opt out from their service

I canceled my domain with this company on January 27th, yet the cancellation request is not only still pending but they are actively attempting to charge me for services and products they have not rendered I have a cancellation email as well as screen shots of my account, which notes that it is in the process of being cancelled Although I have no idea why it takes nearly months to cancel an account
