Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:you are writing in your website that you have 24/support but this is not trueyou only have 24/phone pickups but not supportmy email was down for days I lost a lot of businessi only asked you to move my domain name from package to a different it should work in a few seconds - by fact it took days and I wasn't helpedi told you that I would pay 1000$ to bring back my emailbut you were closed for holidays days and you are writing that you are open 24/its a shame Regards, [redacted]

I made the mistake of giving this company my information After realizing my mistake I called them same day to make sure that my services with them were cancelled Their customer service failed to help me through levels of support and a minute phone call then hung up on me, but I had the cancellation in writing so I was not worried, but didn't want them to charge me so I promptly cancelled my credit card This is when the harassment started I think I got about emails and letters from them, over a couple months When I finally took the time to remind them (in letter) that they had sent me a cancellation letter the day of their service initiation with me, and attached that to the letter I sent them, they promptly sent my account to collections This company is terrible and makes in hard to work with them to resolve the issue as they have no email address or phone number for customer support on their website It is too late for me, but be aware that this company is trying to rip you off and will do everything in their power to get money but never admit that they messed up

A while back I filed a complaint against this company for using my debt card for an on-line purchase which I did not make or ever contact this company for any of its services Due to the fact that they fraudulently used by debt card and a purchase was made on my bank account I ended up having to get the transaction straightened out and credit back to my account and apply for a new card Now they are contacting me by mail and stating I owe them and invoice which is past due in the amount of $only to be paid with a credit card Also I wonder if they sold my contact information on a list as I now receive mail from [redacted] out of Niagara Falls, NY which I have never had contact with either and the business are somewhat alike

Horrible customer service When you try to cancel it, they give you a horrible runaround Very cheap and unprofessional tactics Do yourself a favor and pick a different company This one is extremely sleezy

In order to assist you with this unfortunate situation, we are pulling and waiving the overall balance of $36.93 from our Collections Team. This means that there are no longer any locks on your account that will keep you from transferring the domain names. Along with that, I have added 6 free months of service under this account in order to give you ample time to back up any files you may have, and successfully transfer your domain names to another provider. This means that everything will covered free of charge up until 7/21/16. Afterwards, the cancellation of any remaining features will be processed. To transfer the domains, you will just simply need to contact the provider in which you want to move them to, and initiate the transfers from their side. Once this has started, we will be able to release the domains via a transfer to that other registrar. The process of transferring a domain can last between 3-5 days, which is a process that we do not have the ability to expedite, as it is ICANN policy that can cause this waiting time. This company does not cancel!I had cancelled one year ago and thought was cancelledStarted getting collection notices from 3rd party collection agencyI had to pay the amount due that I should not have had to pay So I filled out the cancellation forms and they still didn't cancel after notices of upcoming information about account On March this year, I got this email from them Dear [redacted] **., This e-mail serves as confirmation of the cancellation of your 1&Unlimited package as of 03/06/We will deactivate all package features on this date The following domains/features are included in your package and will be cancelled: Customer ID [redacted] Contract ID [redacted] The auto-renew feature will be disabled for this domain as of 03/06/The domain registration will not renew once it has reached the end of its current registration I even called the customer support line and said to cancel and they still do not cancel!! I have multiple accounts with 1&and some of the websites I did not want to renew I gave them my credit card info for the ones I wanted to renew, and the others they sent to collections I did call about the one I did want and they said they updated the info and everything was fine However they sent that ont to collections I didn't want to pay for the other domains because I did not want them anymore and did not want to renew them Because I didn't renew them they sent it to collections and added a fee So now they are trying to collect on something that I do not want to renewI have multiple domain names but I only wanted to keep one and and hosting but the collection agency said I had to pay the whole bill before moving forward So I have to pay for the ones I don't want in order to use the ones I want Plus they are adding fees to something that expired and I no longer useI paid up front for a year and I should be penalized for not renewing, Desired Settlemen

They have locked me out of my domains and threatened to confiscate /terminate them UNLESS I PAY AGAINI paid over $164.00, I followed their instruction and provided them with the receiptThey now claim to NOT accept wired payment and is forcing me to update billing information for automated debit " I had this setup before and the billed me randomly and erroneously,so I opt for wired transferI would like you to investigate this matter, as I will be following up with consumer affairs and the states attorney This is fraud and extortionI have a record of all communicationI look forward to your feedbackThey also refuse to cancel a hosting service that I did not request

I purchased a domain with 1& One week ago, I noticed my website was down due to a domain issueI contacted 1&about the issueI asked several times to speak with a supervisor regarding the issue and I was denied I was told my account was in collection To say the least, I never received an email asking for payment to renew my domain, I received no telephone callsI received no letters from this company about a renewal of my domain To date, the domain is up for saleI believe there are unethical practices being carried out by this company I need them to fix this chaos they have created

This company will continue to harass and charge your card even when you call, email and send multiple correspondences to cancel the accountThis company is a complete scam with zero lack of customer serviceTHIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR UNETHICAL SERVICE!! Save yourself a lot of stress and go elsewhere! The customer service person who PROMISED would not charge my card did so a couple days later and renewed my service!! Completely unethical! Now I am still being HARASSED after telling this company multiple time to stop contacting meSeriously the worst domain/web hosting company I have ever worked with
