Not only did he do everything he said, start and finish on time and charge exactly what my quote was, he went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule thru the holidays and make sure certain parts of the project were complete. We did send an email to the customer explaining the circumstances. Our offices were also closed on some days during the holidays and customers did get our voice mail.   ...so that they can fix all the nail pops and cracks as the house settles. She refused to come back out and fix anything or admit that it was her workers. To say the least I am so disappointed and upset that this has happened a few weeks from the holidays and our house is a disaster! Not to mention now we have to hire someone else to finish their job.
