Review: I was informed over the phone that some would look at my filter and then if a repaired is needed it would happen on the spot. I later learned that a leak can not be repaired and that it would have to be replaced at an additional cost . They then left paperwork that states diagnose/assess repair needed which wasn't stated to me prior to them charging my credit card. I attempted for several days to find out the results of the service calls to only be told how busy they were servicing customers that needed their pool for the holidays. Beside the poor customer service I received upon calling I felt I was misled and erroneously charged .Desired Settlement: I would like a change in policy to fully inform customers that the the charge is only to assess your equipment and not repair.
