I find it strange that you also add that for the game to load we cannot add to many items to it ? What is the whole purpose of the game then?
This is the same reply I have been getting from Zynga for almost a year now.. I'm also not the only one with this issue there are also hundreds of people complaining about the same issue I have. It is clearly something wrong with Zynga that needs fixing! It would be great if Zynga spent more time improving current games instead of making new ones.I have also attached a screenshot.

I received an email from [redacted] (Zynga Executive Specialist) and [redacted] replied with this message to me via email:
"Hello [redacted],
This is [redacted] and the issues you are having in Zynga Poker has been escalated to me for a review. I understand that you are requesting to return your 4,858,657,896 Poker chips.
As I have thoroughly checked your account, we were unable to find any evidence which shows that the account had 4 billion chips and apart from that, our records also show that you were only warned for violating our Zynga Terms of Service, particularly Zynga Community Rule: Section 4. Offensive or Infringing Content. Short/limited suspension nor removal of chips was not applied to your Poker account."
[redacted] claims that she "thoroughly" checked my account and was unable to find any evidence of by 4billion or so poker chips. However, less than a week ago, Zynga Poker Advocate, [redacted] was able to locate my poker chips and states my chips were in fact confiscated. I have evidence and took a screenshot of my communication with [redacted] via email. image1.png
Thus, [redacted] has lied to me. Also [redacted] claims that no suspension or chips were taken away from my account XX:XXXXXXXXXXX. I have numerous emails from more than one Zynga Poker Advocate stating that my account was suspended and my chips were in fact confiscated. Too, I still have not received my account warning and my chips have not been returned to me at this moment.

No resolution has been solved!!!!? Zynga's executive, [redacted] has lied to me and [redacted]'s emails were very contradicting. After providing evidence of [redacted]'s mistakes, [redacted] was in denial. Please ready statements below:
