I was contacted by Zynga, and was told to basically turn off the PPAPI flash player where the NPAPI would allow me to play the game, and it did work I could play the game, but to do that, puts my computer's security at risk. It solves their problem, because I can play the game, It does not solve my problem because I will not allow myself to be victimized and at the mercy of malicious spyware and viruses, on a flash player they have known was a security risk and no longer being supported by the browser, just to play a game. Even though I spent money on the game, and the years I have played it to be forced to give it up, because of a problem of their making not mine. I was also told no refunds, company policy and all that. So I guess that is that, thank for your help.

apparently I didnt read the fine print somewhere and they reserve the right to take all your money and do as they wish...I didnt expect to get anything back, I just want to prevent this from happening in the future, im an adult and glad I caught the deciet by zynga! im just thinking of all the kids out there that dont read "the fine print" and are just shoveling money into zynga's pockets. there really should be a warning on zynga game cards that are sold in stores that state is zero refund if you buy game cards and they can just decide to shut games down at their liesure.. SHAME ON YOU ZYNGA!!!

Zynga Inc. is a company which has to abide by Federal & state Laws! They are partner to Facebook Inc. there game appt is on this Social Media page which in turn has to allow people to voice there opinion as the freedom of speech act allows weather Zynga likes it or not! I have contacted Legal counsel & there very interested in Zynga INC. I have explained everything to them I it could appear that Zynga runs this company like a Gov. Taking away people rights! Zynga compares there poker to a Casino /casino's [redacted]'t have game designers. This game is all about computer programs & who wins & losses. I sat at a Texas holdem table & waited thru as many as 15 to 18 hands before coming close to winning a hand while other non-US players were coming to the table & winning right away! I look at this as favortism by Zynga thru there software! I never seen this happen until the lawsuit happened against Zynga about 2 yrs ago. Zynga please remember ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THEN WORDS! Apparently we are better off in a Court room so Zynga can be Educated on the laws on a Federal & State level of the Freedom of Speech Act. They have NO Company support! Every Company must have Company Support! Zynga says they are a world wide company even tho they only have 2 Company's period!! Again Zynga must abide by the same laws that Facebook Inc.does seeing as they are partners!Thank you

When some one sells you something and it doesn't work, you should be able to get your money back. It shouldn't matter if you signed an agreement that says they can keep your money no matter what. Isn't that a scam?

The only thing Zynga sent was a form letter stating they made the change to Fight. They told me in the letter to send complaints to Customer Support. But they have shut down most of Customer Support and the only thing ANY player receives is a form letter to state what we already know, that they are using the Carnage formula in fight. The only adjustment they made was to let us initially attack with less stamina, but the end result is the EXACTLY the same.
This week [redacted] is taking a poll of MW players. The question is, "Do you want all of Carnage removed from your game?" https://www.facebook.com/events/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/
So far less than 5% of players vote NO.
Zynga is playing semantics and distorting the truth. They kept the formula for Carnage permanently as their new Fight. They told us they would give us Classic Fight in one city and have not. And until they give us Classic Fight in all cities, I will not pay them another cent. Neither will most MW players.
Zynga never showed the players the results of their own surveys on Carnage. But they never asked outright like we did this ONE question being asked in the [redacted] poll.
Everyday MW loses large numbers of good players from the game due to Zynga's Carnage formula being used in Fight permanently.
Zynga continues to lie and "handle" us with form letters. They keep saying all this was to improve performance in the game. However, the number of player reporting improved performance is so extremely low that I suspect the ones saying it work directly for Zynga.
After Zynga lied to their shareholders and continue to lie to the players, this is a news story and it surprises me Zynga is getting away with this with no repercussions.
