Becoz its not true & not fairi asked them to know the violation its my right to know the reasonthey didnt specifythe answer was so general & send my a list to read so I guess which one of the violations I did...I wrote comments I will add them also here
I got couple of responses from zynga from different people and two of them called me a different namethat shows how they copy paste replies of similar issues without even diggin deeply every casetheir response is still negative and they said any further email will b closed automaticallydo u call that professional?
You guys are experts in dealing with such people plz find a point to defend my rightim counting on you
Such a big professional company with professional toolsthey can do screen shot my violation and show me my mistakethe mistake I didn't do and got punished forbut they even refused to state it clearly to methey just said violation of termsand attached plenty links to those terms and I should just guess what went wrong and where and how !!!! Come on guys please be tough with them I demand to fight for my rightplz help me

I never clicking on any links, I have very secured inbox and never getting spami never gave my fb account info to anyonenoone even didno ask itmy fb very secured, noone even cannot look for me (only fb friends, and all my friends are real persons I know for years) im not a little girl, im , have kids ans working in high-tech company.(means I know few things about secure and hacking) my fb accont didnt hacked ! noone didnot access it.only way possible - its straight hack from ihpone..as iphone even didnot ask for pin code and this is not my fault ! looks like zyngas app not secured enouth. all im asking for is my
poker account back up and running again and my poker chips that was on the account plus 5ml of poker chips from them not replying back to any off my messages and why are they banning people that love the game insted off banning the people that do botting and teams is so unfair on the real people that love to play the game I accept the responce of the Revdex.com to resolve this has im not getting any reply from zynga themselfs

trusted contacts and changed my pw frequently Zynga has given me a pin code to get into poker The hackers hacked my account, took it over, and changed everything They removed my cell phone #, my trusted contacts (see attached, who mine were replaced with) totally changed out my email and pw I physically called zynga 1-*** and spoke to *** and I told them to shut down my account, zynga didnt do that, zynga allowed the hackers to steal my chips I even went as far as emailing zynga days prior telling them that someone is trying to hack me! I have worked years for these chips, I don't buy fake chips If I bought chips, zynga would have returned them no questions asked I even gave zynga the trusted contacts the hackers added and they hackers were as bold as to send out fb requests to hack others using my account I want action, I want my chips back Zynga lost control of their game site and they are blaming me for an unsecured account, yet, they were the ones to help me secure it!
