My facebook has all these promos for free coins and all the people say how easy it is to get the free coins. There is no contact number and advertise how friendly there customer service is and there is no one to talk to. It all seems to be a scam and I have spent a lot of money and no satisfaction.

simply asked for the return of cars that were missing due to a glitch, bug, or one of the numerous "profile synchronizations" this company is so infamous for. It is discussed many social media sites such as facebook and youtube. The lackluster efforts made by the so called support team has caused countless players to either quit the game or, as in my case, swear to never spend another penny on this game (CSR2). I have been getting nothing but the run around on this matter these past few weeks and I will not tolerate it any longer. Case in point first I get a response from the development team that there is a glitch in my account so they cannot verify what cars I had and had not thus the original 5 cars would be replaced. I have received four of the five. The only one I had not, and still have not, received is the car in question. Then I get a message that I already have a BMW LB M4 Coupe so I was not getting [redacted] back. Then I was told by the respondent I would be. Then I get a message from "support" that "Upon further investigation I did not have that car therefore I would not be getting it back". Basically calling me a liar which I take extreme offense too. Last night I get a message that "They did locate and notice I did in fact have that car and it was being sent". I still have not received the car. I have quit the game, force stopped it, and did an uninstall/reinstall and STILL do not have that car. After being mislead, lied too, insulted, and getting the run around for nearly three weeks I am now seeking a full refund of every penny I have spent on this game, to which I have the receipts saved both on gmail and bank statements, or the equivalent thereof. Either that or I will seek arbitration and/or a lawyer. This company needs to understand that they cannot treat people, customers or otherwise, in this manner. Sincerely,[redacted]

They just stopped talking to me and refused to answer my questions. I read there links that were sent to me and followed them also. they did not make a difference. It is like they have auto filled responses for no answer is different. Still seeking compensation that is fair by there standards.

Did you notice that Zynga is even dishonest in their responses ?? On 5/30 they said that they were still assisting me and then later that same exact day they say go back to the original complaint...
I now also have the California Justice Dept. involved with this case because Zynga seems to be under the impression that they're above oversight and that it will never effect their mind boggling A+ rating..
I want it on the record that when I first spoke to [redacted] on the telephone he told me that my account was being accessed quote ''all over the world'' and that my account wasn't hacked and that hackers do not hack 3 billion chips...That was on a recorded phone call...Then after I contacted the Revdex.com they changed their story to that I was hacked and that it was because of an unsecured account..Then someone named Connie A. emailed me on April 26th and wanted me to send screen shots proving that my account was secured...She also asked for friends names on my account and for photo ID...They then investigated the friends that I listed because they were in Zynga all day but my friends told me that they weren't even playing that day or for months for that matter..They then restored my chips but Connie A. made one last interesting comment..That if it were to happen again they wouldn't help me again, and by gosh, 2 weeks later with in 24 hours of Connie A. asking me to dismiss the complaint the chips just disappeared again...For 2 weeks the alleged hacker left me alone with a now 4 billion chip stack, but with in 24 hours of the complaint dismissed they were taken and they refuse to help...If Zynga's actions weren't so blatant I might not be this upset, but they are dishonest crooks, and I believe a theft was committed by them..Once the chips were removed I once again contacted [redacted] who on 5/8 now tells me that I was hacked from someone in turkey..That's interesting because the last time I spoke to him on a recorded call he advised me that hackers don't steal that small amount of chips, but now he's saying different, and its because I have an unsecured account, regardless of all the safety precautions I took prior...It should also be noted that I haven't had any problems with hackers since, isn't that funny ?? Nor have they ever mentioned one time about disciplining this alleged hacker from Turkey..Its painfully obvious from their actions and investigating ME and my friends that I was their target all along...If Zynga Inc. wasn't profiting from their games this might seem insignificant but they're making millions of dollars, and god only knows how many other people they rip off who don't follow up like I did...I urge all customers and players who read this, that if you get ripped off, contact the California Attorney Generals office...They said the more complaints that they get the more action that will be taken...Zynga Inc. and their customer service reps. are all dishonest and couldn't even keep their story's straight...That's what happens when you have different people giving different versions of why your chips were removed...And one last comment...I'd like to remind everybody that even though they claimed that I had an unsecured account, that didn't stop [redacted] from mentioning purchasing...and that I hadn't made a purchase in a while and that he could help me once I bought $500 worth...Why would he encourage me to buy more if he believed that I had an unsecured account ?? Remember, all these phone calls are recorded !!

Thank you very much for your help. They are telling me I purchased water and if I did it was not meant to be. I was more upset because if you check out where they tell you to go to get help you cannot get a hold of anyone. I called twice and tried email. I choose not to play there game any longer. They are not a good company and they have terrible customer service. All I wanted from them was an explanation. Thanks to you I finally have one. I will play with another company. Again, thank you for for help and quick response. If you look up there reviews you will see all the complaints.
