According to my records Walmart's response is only partially trueDespite the fact that the "authorization failed" a hold was placed on my bank account for $(I used a debit card on walmart.com)That money was unavailable for me to spend for the days that the hold remainedThey are correct in saying that no money was ultimately withdrawn from my accountI spent several hours and made numerous phone calls to try to get them to remove the hold on my money as quickly as they had placed it thereThey said there was nothing they could doI wish that instead of reviewing just my walmart.com account they had reviewed their log of my phone calls as wellThe "middle offer" I would like to make is simply thisPlease review what happened to me and explain in a personal reply (not just a form letter thanking me for my comments) how what happened to me is in keeping with ethical business practices or explain what walmart is going to do the improve their serviceThank you
