Vivint Solar attempted communication with the customer on 9/8, but were only able to leave a voicemailAdditionally, we sent an email to the customerPer the customer's request, Vivint Solar will contact them on 9/to discuss their account further

Vivint Solar reached out to the customer to address their concerns and a specialist has been assigned to work directly with themWe have conducted an over production analysis that is currently under reviewVivint Solar will stay in constant contact with the customer to work toward a resolution
within the terms and conditions of the agreement

Vivint Solar has contacted this customerWhen the customer's solar system was given the permission to operate by the local utility company, we contacted him to turn the solar system on, which he confirmed he would doOur monitoring portal was showing that the solar system was in stamode,
which cannot be changed unless the solar system is physically turned on by the homeownerSince he did not turn the solar equipment on, he was billed on an estimated basis for the months in questionThe solar agreement that he signed indicates that we will still charge him on an estimated basis if the solar system is not turned onHowever, we still agreed to reimburse him for those months and even add an extra $[redacted] for goodwillEven though these issues have been addressed and resolved, the customer is still refusing to turn his solar system on and pay Vivint Solar for the energy production.?

To whom it may concern:August 2016, we met Branson H[redacted], District Manager at Vivint SolarHe came to our door to sell us solar panels from Vivint Solar.We had explained to him that? we are not the owners of the house at [redacted]? [redacted], our daughter, is the owner.we are both retired and live on a set income.we qualify under Edison's CARE program, where we pay less per kilowatt (cents)Branson's answers to the above were:Acknowledge our response of not being the owner and continued with solar discussionVivint would NOT charge more per kilowatt than EdisonBranson promised that they would charge cents less than EdisonHe stated that they would install less solar panels so we can continue with Edison's CARE program and in addition we would save up to 40% on our bills through Vivint Solar? And that we would receive $for signing up and a Sprinkler Control System.September 13, 2016Work order was submitted.October 2016, the solar panels were installed by Vivint.November 2017,there was a leak on the roof and damaged to the kitchen ceiling.November/December 2017, [redacted] was notified of the installation of solar panels and roof/ceiling damage.We want the Solar Panels removed...Vivint did not get permission from house owner.Vivint failed to do their work and check names on Property Title.The rate (monthly payments) are too high, over exceeding set income.Vivint fails to take responsibility for roof damage/ceiling damage.There were a few series of texts and emails between [redacted] and Branson.Branson was not answering our calls.Branson denies the fact that we had told him we were not the owners? He continued accusing us of lack of communication between us and our daughterHe acknowledge that there was a language barrier? Branson helped filling out forms.Branson claims that a tenant can sign a contract for solar panels without the consent of the house owner/landlord.Branson mentioned that the $1,incentive was to cover any future damages incurred or monthly charges.Late November/Early December:Vivint "supposedly" came by the house to check on leak? 12/11/2016Branson sent attachmentsOne of them being the owner consent form, first page of contract, and support info.[redacted] questions Site Inspections, Roof Assessment, and Permits.12/17/2016? Damage Assessment of roof and ceilingPictures of damage.12/27/2016Millennium Roofing Cogoes out to do an inspection? Branson did not show to meet him, like he stated on text(Branson was supposedly around the corner of the house).Contractor questioned if Vivint changed roofing paper to synthetic paper; did they prep the roof for solar install; did they "disturb" the roof and its valleys?Branson was NEVER able to answer questions from contractor above.01/05/2017Contract was forwarded to [redacted]'s email.01/06/2017Branson replies? "Hi [redacted],I found out that there is no roof inspection report, its just the site survey form which is what I sent in this email threadThere are pictures of the roof from the site survey but no actual inspection report."[redacted] replies:"Yes I need the city permitI also need the your roof contractors reportA complete detail report on what work they Performed before installing panelsPanels were placed on a 30+ year roof"02/02/2017[redacted] requested: and called headquarters to request FULL contract.1)Roofing company's name and licenses2)permits for both roof and solar panels3) roof clearance certificate Prior to roofingBranson has not been able to provide documents above05/09/2017-05/11/2017? Texted Branson and questioned about the monthly charges being above $200.? Branson acknowledges through text that bill should not be $200, not even close? The highest is should be is $100.Branson was to call billing department.May 10, 2017I reached out to Revdex.com (BBC) to file a claim.#[redacted].Thank you for your complaint [redacted] about vivint solar.Case was closed because BBC believed that Vivint was trying to find a resolution.Vivint was not communicating with us? Michelle T[redacted] called only for us to send documentation for her to review.07/18/2017Received call from Michelle T[redacted].she had review documents.she mentioned that Vivint was overcharging at cents and that she will go over and see if they could lower kilowatt to cents (match Edison).----Recall that Branson stated cents less, 40% savings by adding solar panels.roof damage was discussed? Michelle stated that she will return with an answer on July 20th-21st.07/20/2017Received a call from Noch, Damage DepartmentHe stated that they would write a check for roof/ceiling damageNoch assessed damage, through phone description, at $400.Contractor estimated at $450, Noch was to send check.Check has not been received, yet.We have not received any phone calls from Michelle T[redacted].I have left messages and she does not return my calls.07/31/2017We called Revdex.com, againSpoke to [redacted].The case is reopened.? ? We are not happy with Vivint and we want to cancel the contract.We want Solar Panels removed.We want to make sure that there is NO LIEN on the house.We want to return to Edison

she called into our billing department on 5/10/to request their credit.?

Vivint Solar will be working to address said issues and ensure our customer has a functional array of panels on their home? The over charges will be refunded on an annual trbasis, this date correlates with the date permission to operate the system was received? Our automated system
takes any over charges and also under charges into account and will process a refund of any and all owed refund on the true up date
