customer scheduled for 10/17/Vivint Solar emailed the customer on 10/to make them aware and will continue to address the damage

Vivint Solar contacted the customer on 2/23/advising that their account requires further review and that the customer will be kept updated with progress

Vivint Solar has come to a mutually agreed upon plan of action with the customer and will continue to work with them going forward.?

I am rejecting this response because: This case needs to stay open until panels are re- installed and we are producing energy as the contract saysOther than someone calling to set up the removal of the panels no one has reached out to us verballyIt shows that we really do not matter and they just want money! Which they haveSo I am sure they are happy or should be.? We look forward to having the panels up and running and this resolvedFor now? we wait

I have been working with Derrek E[redacted] and they have finally come out to
repair my systemThe technician did not show up for the first appointment which my Husband left work early to be home forNevertheless, they? did make it out on a different day to make the repairs.? However, while negotiating a refund for the shortage owed to PG&E I was informed that my system is only designed to cover 71% of my annual usageThis was a shock to me as the agreement we made with Vivint was for a system that would cover 100% of our usage from the year beforeAccording to Derrek they are supposed to provide a system that covers 100% of usage however due to some "electrical constraint" with our home that was not possibleHe was unable to explain what this electrical contstraint was or why this was never disclosed to usWhy would we agree to a system that only covers 71% of our usage? He is working on figuring out what the issue is and why it was never disclosed to usDerrek has been very helpful and in constant communication with me which I appreciate very much but? I am not willing to state that the issues have been resolved until we actually have a resolution

I am rejecting this response because: I have not heard from a vivint representative since before DecBut they were sure to send me another bill for $this month and I don't have solar panels on my house! This is unacceptable

Vivint Solar has followed up with the customer to notify them that the account center has been updated and that they will be able to view their invoicesThe customer has confirmed with us that it is now working.?

We have reached out to the customer and have yet to resolve their concern? We are attempting to reach out again to further explain what we can do for them under the terms of the agreement.?

Vivint Solar has contacted the customer to discuss their concernsWe have made the changes to the customers account so that they will be able to view their invoices as well as set up an automatic bill pay optionWe will continue to work with the customer to resolve their concerns.?

Vivint Solar at this time remains firm that cancellation is not approved however our number goal is to work with the customer and resolve all of their concerns? In order to do so, we have asked that our customer forward along her electrical bills from the utility company for the past months? The customer confirmed she will be sending these for our review, she is sending them via mail so the process will take longer than general? Once the bills are received, a full analysis will be performed, we do believe that our customer is experiencing unrealized savingsWe are committed to continuing to work with our customer towards a resolution that remains within the terms of the agreement.?

Vivint Solar is in communication with the customer and are working to reinstall the panels for the customerWe are currently waiting for additional parts to arrive in the local warehouse to be able to install the panels for the customerA billing credit was applied to the customer's account to
reflect the bill that the customer received for OctoberVivint Solar will ensure that billing is paused until the panels have been reinstalled

Vivint Solar has reached out to the customer on 10/14/We have asked the customer to provide us with the Utility bills ? so we may be able to look into the rates and tiers with the utility companyHe will mail these to Vivint SolarWe also explained that once the bills are provided we will be able to explain rates, tiers and savings? Vivint Solar will continue to work with the customer to come to a resolution within the terms of the contract
