In Section paragraph h, I, and j there is a lot of language which compels the *** to obtain legal services on his/her own for an appeal
We all know that the **, much like an insurance company, has to deny most claimsIt is expectedIt is part of doing businessThat being said, a *** does not have $to retain an *** in most casesI am a *** ***I know how expensive these things can getAt $250-$per hour, an *** can easily rack up $5k-$25k in charges*** are also business folkThey are in business to make moneyWe must anticipate and accept that as a fact***s do not have the desire in most cases to battle with the ** in courtThis takes years and more money than we can afford

Year Air Force vet medically discharged at 70% With the help of VC&P I am now at 90% and still looking into the 100% They also were able to assist my wife who was told she could not file a claim because I had VA compensation One quick phone call from my wife and a few months later my wife is now receiving 90% as well I will recommend VC&P to anyone I see needing assistance from a company that cares

Vet Comp is amazing They've already been able to help my increase my rating a significant amount; which I'm sure I would not have been able to do on my own They are helping with some other issues and some of the write ups they do and they packets that they assemble are extremely professional and astonishingly detailed and thorough The fee they charge for their service is extremely reasonable especially considering that without them I wouldn't have been able to get the monthly increase I received so far; and if they don't get you an increase you don't owe any money, so for me it is well worth it to pay a small fee of money that I would otherwise not have received
