I was skeptical at first, it seemed too good to be true....then I struggled a little bit with having to pay for their services when I could do it myselfWell, I TRIED doing it myself, and got tired of all the back and forth cat and mouse games between myself and the VAThese people have accurately represented what I was trying to say, in a way that was more successful than I was, trying to do it on my ownTheir fee is a small price to pay, for my improved quality of life

Comp and Pen worked greatEach representative was professional, caring, and helpfulThey presented an honest approach to the claim process, this was important to meI are most strongly recommended

Vet Comp & Pen found strategies for my claim that I would have never been able to do on my ownIn my honest opinion they are worth every dime I spent getting me up to ninety percent and they are still looking in to getting me more

Vet comp and pen have been nothing but outstanding and professional I highly recommend them to any vet

Great company, though their process for service are very vague yet they are in placeI think a brochure or pamphlet should be produced and sent to each customer to be clear of the charges and not a surprised when their service has been rendered
Great communication to get the customer the right information needed to best serve them
As with any law firm it is a bit expensive to use their services, so please double check the $$ you will have to pay for this very successful and reliable business

I'm very pleased with the service of Vet Comp & Pen I contacted them around Oct and discussed my situation They were extremely knowledgeable and knew how to proceed They explained their fee schedule and I liked the fact they don't get paid unless I get an increaseBy December, they had my package prepared to present to the VA The VA contacted me within weeks and by Feb, I'd already been approved for an increase from 40% to 70% Super-fast service that went through the first time!

I spoke with *** via telephone and within two hours I had most of my claim information submittedHe and his team were absolutely amazing with the knowledge and manner in which they workedI totally will recommend to my friends and coworkers

Vet Comp and Pen was on a website that I am a member of on FacebookIt came highly recommendedThey have done an outstanding job of helping me out with my claimsIt is very frustrating dealing with the VA, but these folks help write the claim for you for submission and then they talk to you about it and help with the C&P portionI have no complaints and feel they have done a great service for me

I have heard a lot of good things, one of my coworkers has actually been successful using this companyI am in the beginning stages, so I cannot tell anyone that this is a great service, however the process so far has been encouraging and understandingYes the amount that you pay is crazy expensive, so I hope they know what they are doingI will definitely come back and let you know if I was let down, but as of right now all is good
