Vet Comp and Pen has been on point in assisting me with my claim They are always there to answer my questions and to steer me in the right direction I am so pleased with their service

This company is a scam They will make several promises and then let you fall through the cracks and you won't hear anything from them again until their accounting department realizes that they haven't collected any money and then they will start calling and emailing you almost daily harassing you for payment even after you prove that they did not do their job, they still demand payment THIS COMPANY TARGETS VETERANS AND THEN RIPS THEM OFF!
Vcp got me to sign an agreement for payment and then after sending a couple pieces of paper to forward to the VA I didn't hear from them again until NINE MONTHS LATERI called and left two messages no return calls until NINE MONTHS LATERSince then they call, text and email everyday harassing me about money they didn't earnVcp left me hanging for NINE MONTHS and didn't bother to get in touch with me until they realized that they could get money from me through threats even though they didn't do their job!

Although I am in the preliminary process, I want to say that Vet Comp and specifically Dominique *** has been awesome I really wasn't very optimistic about the process, but thanks to Dominique I am ready to begin and very hopeful

Positive: to date they have been outstanding I have many issues, and haven't been doing anything over the past years since I retired They have compiled major claims package for me and the process truly has been easy After the submission, they monitor you about how your doing and help you prepare for any C&P exam that might be needed They only make money when they get you over 50% True, there are some that do it for free DAV, but how much leg work do you have to do? Terrific folks to date!!

We as veterans don’t always have the tools to fight the system with questions and answers presented to us so we do the best we can with what we haveWe’re put in harms way for the right to defend this nation as a duty so when return we expect nothing less than the best when taking care of us instead we get bullied and misledI have not been through the whole gambit yet but so far I’m highly impressed with your genuine caring attitude expressed by your organizations personal towards us,because we just want to be recognized with the care we deserve and you guys give 100% of yourselves and that truly means a lot, because I’m tiredGod bless you all for taking the time to take of us, because nobody else will

As most I was skeptical Just getting started with all this Sadly they are doing what we all assumed the DAV and other service organizations would do for us The team is asking the questions that need to be asked, formulating a game plan and helping make right what the VA has failed to do More to follow when I know more

I am a veteran and also an employee of the VA I filed a disability claim and was denied I got the phone number for Vet Comp/Pen from fellow veterans/employees that went thru the same thing I called and they took over immediately, helping me navigate the system As a veteran I find it unacceptable that we have to go to these extremes to get the compensation that we deserve and are entitled to It is a shame that these companies exist but I am so thankful they do My claim is not complete yet but I am encouraged of a better result because of Vet Comp/PenThey are our advocates

Great group to work with I was intimidated by the lack of direction that we vets get when getting out of the military I went over years just accepting that my 10% compensation was what I deserved
It wasn't until I was turned on to Vet Pen and Comp that I realized that the pain and issues I deal with every day were the result of me "renting" my body out to the Navy for over years
These people CARE Plain and simple They will work with you to get what you deserve Not to get a "handout" but to get what the VA denies service members
If you ever tried to go up against the VA by yourself you will see VERY quickly that they will deny you firstthen give you a little bit to "go away" Most will do just that SO DON'T! Use VP&C!
My only regret is that I wasn't turned on to these people years ago

They have a very professional staff

So far, VC&P has been very proactivethey have been more helpful remotely in helping me process my claim than many local services have in years

I was referred to this company after having immense difficulty dealing with the Vets Administration They thoroughly walked me through the process and helped me submit a fully developed claim with all the t's crossed and i's dotted I strongly recommend you consider this organization versus submitting an incomplete or hap-hazard claim Believe me, they will make your life easier and extremely customer service/veteran oriented
