The thought of paying someone to fight on my behalf did not sit well with me at firstBut then I thought about the free service that I have had with such minimal success, I decided why notIf I get nothing I pay nothingSo I gave it an opportunity and I am very pleased with the results and the timing was unbelievableA decision inside months is unheard of but understand other customer’s times may vary Unless there has been a big change inside the VA, I am very impressed

I noticed there were some negative reviews of VC&P so I took a look at those first and all I saw was a single rant from one angry/dissatisfied person (and it really sounded like there was more to that issue but who knows) and other "non-specified" entries, so there is little to tell us specifically what they were unhappy about What I would like to say to anyone still considering using VC&P's services is this:
They know their stuffThey are professional And, they are up front about their fees (It's simple and easy to understand If they get you an increase in pay, they get HALF of that increase for months [you get the other half] and then done After that, the FULL increase is all yoursIts like found money either way.)
They have helped me, my spouse, and my brother-in-law all get an increase to our disability ratings and thus to our compensations The folks at VC&P are professional, thorough, and always prompt with their phone calls and e-mails contacts You really have nothing to lose and everything to gain by using their services

After unsuccessfully going through many VA offered programs to help me with my claim I gave up! The task seemed too big to navigate There wasn’t anyone that really could walk me through the process Until 1.5year after a battle buddy of mine told me about VetComp Pen She told me they were a team to help me navigate the TEDIOUS VAST VA systemI believed it was too good to be true So, I put off the phone call As months past my VA issues were still there and with no-where to turn I decided to give it a try and called VetComPen From the very 1st phone call, they took all the weight of the VA off my shoulder They took charge They walked with me step by step by step Calling the VA them and me to retrieve the items we needed Some items I didn’t even know what it was I was looking for, However, they knew and was right there with me The emails, the phone calls, the documents were top notch service I am thankful to have had a friend reveal this to me or I will still be sitting with nowhere to turn I could NOT have done it alone

Although my claim has not been finalized, Vet Comp and Pen has been great to work with so far They seem to be very interested in assisting the veteran receive what they are entitled to but the VA denies

I am a U.SNavy retired veteran and I found out about VC&P last year in a Facebook conversationSkeptical like most, I decided to look deeper into their services
Because I had tried to increase my disability rating some years ago with no luck, I decided to give VC&P a tryBased on everything I read, I could not find any reason to shy away from their help
I spoke with one of their representatives and he reassured me that unless they are able to increase a rating, they do not charge one centHe also explained their fees and how they are paid
I accepted their help and began the process of filling out several forms
To make a short story shorter, VC&P was able to increase my rating from 40% to 60% on the first roundI'm now in the second round process and I'm hoping for a further increase up to 70% or maybe even 80%
Many skeptics will say that any veteran can do all this work themselves for free but the reality is that unless one is extremely well versed in VA lingo, there is a very slim chance the VA will increase the ratingI know because I tried and was denied
VC&P has a team of doctors and lawyers that understand how the VA works and the laws they are supposed to abide byIt would be financially impossible to hire a doctor and a lawyer to represent my caseAnd I would still have to pay them even if they didn't succeed in increasing my rating
I am unequivocally glad I stumbled upon VC&P and will recommend their services to all my fellow veterans

Dealing directly with the VA for re-evaluation years agoThe doctor just pushed through the "company line" and failed to consider the progression of injuriesOn each line item, my re-evaluation "required further evidence" that they do not investigateResulting in no change to compensation, and seemed to be little more than the VA paperwork verification rather than service member evaluationIt also took forever to hear back from the VA
Vet Comp and Pen, helps to prepare and process all the right papaerwork to receive an actual re-evaluation of the Veterans service related injuries, progression of conditions, and the personal life effects of these service related conditionsI've had great results as I continue to move through the process, but I feel confident and informed while dealing with the VA and their veil of secrecy
