I think my biggest problem with filing my claims is knowing what to do, and how to do it! Vet Comp & Pen made the process so easy and removed all the stress and confusion associated with the process So far so good, waiting to see how everything works out They are very well organized with verbally and digital instructions

Since contacting the employees at VCP everything has been timely as promised, professional as promised, and worth every minute on the phone as promisedI have recommended them to my family members dealing with the redtape at the VAI would give them a try if you are having issues at your local VA getting what you deserve

Dealing directly with the VA for re-evaluation years agoThe doctor just pushed through the "company line" and failed to consider the progression of injuriesOn each line item, my re-evaluation "required further evidence" that they do not investigateResulting in no change to compensation, and seemed to be little more than the VA paperwork verification rather than service member evaluationIt also took forever to hear back from the VA Vet Comp and Pen, helps to prepare and process all the right papaerwork to receive an actual re-evaluation of the Veterans service related injuries, progression of conditions, and the personal life effects of these service related conditionsI've had great results as I continue to move through the process, but I feel confident and informed while dealing with the VA and their veil of secrecy

Very quick process without the red tape of the VA system

The thought of paying someone to fight on my behalf did not sit well with me at first. But then I thought about the free service that I have had with such minimal success, I decided why not. If I get nothing I pay nothing. So I gave it an opportunity and I am very pleased with the results and the timing was unbelievable. A decision inside 2 months is unheard of but understand other customer’s times may vary. Unless there has been a big change inside the VA, I am very impressed.

I am a Vietnam veteran and called Vet comp and Pen after I saw a local story on TV 20 News. I was not sure what to expect, because I have never talked to anyone other than the VA about my disabilities. I first spoke with Vet Comp and Pen the middle of June with a 40% rating from the VA. After speaking with them and submitting all of the information and paperwork they asked for, I received a letter from the VA on August 1st raising my compensation from 40% to 80%. Nothing could have been any easier. This is exactly how simple my case was. I don't know what else to say, except that if you need help with anything to do with the VA you should call them. The reason I like VCP is because of the follow-up and follow-through. They make sure you have all the instructions PRIOR to moving forward with any step THEN they make sure you are comfortable with instructions provided. The number of emails and phone calls - just to make sure you nor your paperwork falls through the cracks... right down to ensuring you are prepped for your exams with the actual VA - LOVE IT!

I couldn't be more pleased with the manner in which they all conduct businessIt is comforting knowing they are so supportive and have such a desire to be of helpful to us vets

I had been fighting with the VA for close to nine years about disabilities and my overall rating, and they had been stone walling mei found VET COMP AND PENN and with in 4-months they had gotten a favorable resolution to many of my issuesi have more to review but I have also referred several of my VET Brothers to them for help
