This client has decided to move forward on her own. Her account has been cancelled. Thank you for your time.Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC
This client called demanding a refund of $700 when she only paid $542. The client is mad that her student loans are past due. UAG asked the client for her online access which is needed to manage the loans. It was not provided to the UAG there fore UAG could not...
access the loans. A refund had been issued and the account has been closed.

Thank you for sending UAG this client complaint. When a UAG representative spoke with this client she was extremely rude cursing and yelling she was never...
told she can do this for free on her own through the department of education. This sis clearly written in the agreements signed by the clients as well stated in the compliance call two times. She continued insulting UAG and its employees demanding a full refund. She was told no and she hung up. She then called in again cursing at another employee that she wants her refund. A manager called her back and she continued with the insults stating that the manager called her a "dumb [redacted]", which never happened. UAG emailed her a copy of her contract and told her to review it and give me a call if she has questions when she gets to a computer. The client said that she wasn't going "to read [redacted]" and that she will continue to keep on calling until we give her a refund. Finally UAG told her they will refund one payment of $31.08 and if she continues to insult me or our employees we will file a consumer complaint against her. Client hung up. UAG will no longer speak to this disrespectful human being. Nothing was done incorrectly on the file. UAG held up their end of he agreements and will no longer assist or speak to this person. File is closed.

I will accept...
this as long as they are refunding the entire amount of the charges that were withdrawn from my account. I do not see an amount in this email and according to the UAG I have to wait 5 days for my refund. I will know then how much they refunded - I will proceed at that point.

To whom it may concern,
This client was canceled out right when requested on the phone, sent a cancellation email and processed the refund immediately. There is no reason for this complaint as everything was done as it was suppose to. The refund is done via ACH through the bank...
account and can take 4-7 business days. If you need further information please let me know, thanks for your time.

This client wants to cancel out say UAG is taking her money and doing nothing. The consolidation is done and we are waiting on the client for her income verification to complete the program placement phase. We cant place her in the correct program without her...
income verification. This is explained from the start of UAG's service over the phone and in the agreements. From the start UAG lets the client know there are several things we need from the client and with out that UAG cant proceed. We have called and emailed the client if we don't hear from her by 9/7/15 her account will be cancelled out. Thank you for your time if you need anything else at this time let us know.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.UAG has advised that they will cancel my account if they do not hear from me by 9/7/15. They were contacted by e-mail on 9/2 advising that I wanted to cancel my contract due to the fact that they have an F rating with Revdex.com and that they advised me that by signing their contract, the $48 monthly would be applied toward my student loans. I received correspondencefrom Federal Student Loans advising that this was not true and that I was behind $650. UAG charged $369 for me to sign on and $48 monthly x 12 months. I discovered from Federal StudentLoans that UAG was not considered a legitimate company prior to my sending a copy of my income verification to them. Therefore, I am requesting to cancel this contract and have my money refunded.

Thank you for forwarding this client complaint to UAG. UAG has been working with Miss [redacted] and successfully consolidated her loans. At this time the client would rather manager her own student loans without the assistance from UAG. The client will be refunded the balance...
in her trust account along with 1 monthly payment. If this client needs any assistance going forward please have her call 888-995-7313 option 1. Thank you for your team please let me know if you need any further information.

Thank you for letting UAG know we have a new complaint. This client is very confused on how the service UAG provide works. Below are a couple important details of the UAG service and the Department of Education consolidation repayment plan programs.
Below
are some...
reminders about the program to help you better understand the service
and process.
·
You understand the Services we will provide includes preparing and
submitting the DOE paperwork and application(s) on your behalf for the
repayment plan requested by you
·
Our Service Fee for the first year of service under this Agreement is
referred to as “This Year’s Fee.” This Year’s Fee is to be divided up among an
initial down payment (the “Down Payment”) and twelve (12) equal monthly
payments.
·
(A) Our Service Fees are not payments on your student loan debt. Our
Service Fees are in addition to and independent of any of your student loan
obligations and are fees paid to us for services rendered.
·
(B) We are not a lender or loan servicer. We are a service provider,
providing a service to you for a fee. We do not represent your loan holders or
loan servicers and the services provided by us are not under the direction of
any student loan servicer or loan holder.
·
(C) We are not an agency of the government nor are we associated with
the government.
·
(D) You may submit applications for repayment plan changes directly to
your student loan servicer or the DOE without our assistance. Even though you
understand this, you have decided to employ us and pay Our Service Fees to
assist you with the DOE application and renewal process.
·
(G) We do not advise you to miss any loan payments. We advise you
to pay all payments on time to all your creditors. Failure to timely pay loans
could negatively impact you in numerous ways.
·
The Department of education programs must be applied for
annually. This programs is based on her current income. The monthly payment
through the department of education should remain the same as long as her
income remains the same. Should her income increase it is likely that her
payments will increase and should her income decrease it is likely her payments
will decrease. Every year UAG will submit the application for the income based
program along with her new pay stubs or tax returns to stay in the income based
program. If she fails to re-apply she will automatically default into the
standard program which increases her payment. If she applies every year for the
income based program her payment will stay the same. Below is a link that will
explain as well. Below is a link to the Department of Education to better
explain how the repayment program work.

Pay As You Earn Repayment Plan (REPAYE Plan)
Pay
As You Earn Repayment Plan (PAYE Plan)
Income-Based
Repayment Plan (IBR Plan)
Income-Contingent
Repayment Plan (ICR Plan)
These plans are designed to make your
student loan debt more manageable by reducing your monthly payment amount. If
you’d like to repay your federal student loans under an income-driven plan, you
need to fill out an application.

With all that information being provided I would like to start by explaining disability discharge takes 3 years to discharge the loans completely while making student loan payments. This client was qualified to the a $0 payment with the department of education. It does not get any better than $0 a month due to his income. After 3 years of payments even if they are $0 qualifying payments the loans will be discharged since the client client is disabled.
UAG had fulfilled the service agreement signed but understands that the client wants to cancel his agreement no longer continuing. The refund policy is as follows:
CANCELLATION; FOURTEEN DAY FULL REFUND PERIOD; MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN 14
DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT, WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF ANY/ALL FEES PAID TO US. YOU MAY
ALSO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT AND WE WILL REFUND TO YOU 100% OF ANY FEES PAID TO US IF, THROUGH NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN, (A) YOU ARE
REJECTED BY THE DOE OR YOUR LOAN SERVICER FOR YOUR REQUESTED REPAYMENT PLAN, OR (B) YOUR NEW MONTHLY STUDENT LOAN PAYMENT
AMOUNT OBTAINED THROUGH OUR SERVICES EXCEEDS THE ESTIMATED MONTHLY LOAN PAYMENT AMOUNT STATED IN SECTION 4 ABOVE.
The client did not request a refund within 14 days and he was not denied the estimated payment provided from the start of the signed agreement. This account will be canceled out and UAG will no longer assist this client.
If you need any further information let me know if you need any further information.

United Advisors Group LLC

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The message below is how this company responded to my complaint about my refund. Are you freaking kidding me right now? No refund is necessary. First of all you didn't provide a service plain and simple. Yes my income did change and that has nothing to do with the fact that the service you promised me did not happen. I did everything I was told to do including sending paystubs multiple times because you kept needing them. I was paying the whole year and my loans were never consolidated and you never took care of my lenders and had my loans that were to be consolidated put in forebearance. I had to do that once I realized you were not holding up your end of the bargain. And as far as your fees for taking care of a service not provided was $10 a month, the rest of the payment was to be going towards my loans. So in all honesty I would only have owed you $100 for your FEES but since a service was never provided I don't owe you a darn thing. You did do something wrong. You didn't provide a service that you promised and then when we tried contacting you, our phone call or emails were never returned. Now if you haven't done anything wrong, don't you think you would return emails or phone calls? I am fed up with going through the Revdex.com and complaining. Next step is seeing what a lawyer has to say about this. This client was canceled out on 2/9/15 not wanting to renew after year one in the program. A refund of $459.60 was issued. The previous fees paid were for year one of our service and everything was done correctly and no refund is necessary. This income based program is reapplied for annually through the Department of Education as the programs are income based. This clients situation changed many times over the past year as far as income so the program changed for her. UAG has don't nothing wrong and canceled the clients account as requested. If you need any further information at this time please reach out. Kind Regards, United Advisors Group LL
I want my money back. I am a hard working person who fell for this scam of loan consolidation with this company.

Thank you for letting us know about this complaint. [redacted] an employee from United Advisors Group has reached out to the client to discuss the concerns. United Advisors Group has done nothing wrong on this file completing every task that was promised in...
the discloses. The consolidation went through and the client is on track with her student loans through the Department of Education. The client complains on the time it took to finish the process which United Advisors Group has no control of. The time frame is based on the Department of Education back log. We have not been dishonest in any way but will still refund this client her funds to part ways as we don't want to associate with dishonest clients tarnishing our name when we followed normal procedures. If you need any further information please reach out, thank you for your time.

At this time all is needed from this client is his income verification to finalize the program placement phase. UAG has been trying to reach out to this client in order to obtain his income. The client emailed UAG today saying he is already cancelled. It is beneficial to him for...
his student loans to finish this last step weather UAG does it or he doe sit himself. The income must be submitted to the servicer in order to do so. It takes 2-7 weeks on average and he will be set for 12 more months until the next renewal in his repayment plan. UAG will go ahead and cancel the account out since we cant get a return call from the client.
Kind Regards,
United Advisors Group LLC
The client is responsible for their current student loan payments until the new consolidation goes through. The clients needs to keep making lender payments until the consolidation is approved through the Department of Education. This is clearly stated on the...
contract signed by the client with UAG. I have attached proof that UAG processed the consolidation on behalf of the client. She spoke to Eve an employee and wants the rest of her fees paid refunded even through UAG did the work. She has been refunded a portion already. Look at the attached documents and let us know if you need anything else at this time. Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC
Thank you for forwarding this complaint to United Advisors Group (UAG). This client signed up with UAG to process the consolidation on her behalf and get her into the income based program. UAG has followed through with every step promised on the disclosures. The client states she...
does not want to pay our company and UAG has don't nothing. That is an incorrect statement. People can do their taxes on their own as well but hire a CPA to assist them all the time. The UAG disclosures clearly state you can do this on your own as well a clear description of the process and steps that will be taken. the last step that needed to be take was applying for the program again since it was renewal time and the program has to be reapplied for annually. Two employees have reached out to the client to obtain her current pay stubs or tax returns in order to complete this stage. On 3/9/15 Eve a UAG employee spoke to the client requesting the income verification to finalize the program. At this time the client hung up on her. [redacted] called back and left a voice mail. At this time there has been no response from the client. UAG has done as they said they would waiting on the client at this time. The account will be closed and we will part our ways as the client is giving false negative feedback about UAG. The GTX escrow account has been closed as well and no further payment for our service will be charge. If the client has any further questions please have her contact [redacted] at UAG.
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards,
United Advisors Group LLC
I am very, very frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service at UAG and am working to suspend any further transaction with this company. In fact, I will be calling my bank on Monday to block any further debit transactions from this company.
1) All day today, I have been calling the office to no avail, both to your extension and to extension 303. This is not the first time this has happened.
2) All day today, I have also called and selected Option 1 and I receive an error that the voicemail is full. If I did not have your extension, I wouldn't be able to leave a message. Again, this is not the first time this has happened.
3) I received a letter that was sent to another address and forwarded to me. In that letter is a PLSF Employment Certification Form. There is a handwritten dummy phone number on that form. I know b/c I called the number. The phone number is **SSN** and it is a disconnected number.
So all this leads me to believe that this service is fraudulent and am working to suspend its service. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE.
This client was cancelled out. The consolidation was cancelled by the department of education and lender. A refund of $53.83 was sent to the client. Thank you for your time.

This client is complaining that complaining that UAG lied to her and and told her the GTX payments go towards her loans. If you read the signed agreements...
it is clearly written out in 3 places explaining there is a student loan payment and a service fee. UAG Explained this to her in detail. The agreements clearly state that the GTX payment go to UAG not towards her loans balance. She has access to her secure portal with her signed agreements 24/7 to reference. UAG processed her student loan consolidation and requested for her income to complete the process. At this time she hasn't sent UAG her income verification. Her payments are not based off her income right now because she has not sent us her income verification and she knows that we need her income in order to lower the payments. She said she wants to keep the payments as is and if she wants us to lower the payments she'll send us her income later. Everything has been done as it should have been. If you have any further questions please let us know.
Kind Regards,

I have reviewed this client account and cancelled it out with no fault of UAG.
UAG is a document preparation company that processes the
consolidation application and completes the program placement on behalf this client. Her consolidation went through correctly as the agreement states...
it
should. The program placement phase can’t be completed until the client send
UAG the income verification to submit to the servicer. For some reason it took her a very long time to get us your income verification. As well she told UAG
your income was $15,000 a year when you signed your agreements and when you
sent your income verification in it shows you annual income as $39,000. This
amount is more than double the original amount and will raise your payment on
your student loans. With all of the being said UAG has done what they agreed to
do on your behalf.
I’m not understanding why she need a refund when she is in
the correct program and UAG has done nothing wrong.
Thank you for your time.
