*** ***,
If you re read the response from UAG the sentence about accountant is an exampleUAG does not have an expertise in taxes and does not give any adviseWhat was said is You can do your taxes and student loan consolidation on your own but some people opt to hire a company to assist themWhen the account was attempted on 1/26/the password did not workUAG cant call the lender to reset the password and we need the assistance of the client to soThe disclosures clearly state there will be some time UAG will need the assistance of the client and it is important to respond in a timely mannerUAG processes the renewal and does the program placement but does not make the payment to the servicer clearly stated in the disclosures signed as wellI have closed your GTX and UAG account at this time If you have any further questions please give us a call.

The representative at UAG whom I have dealt with refused to look into the issue I expressedThey have denied all responsibility without even looking into my concernI was advised to falsify information on future applications by the financial advisor at UAGIn light of this advise and repeated lies made by this UAG employee (all of which I have digital proof), I was uncomfortable with whom I was dealing with and asked for a phone number and email of her manager/supervisorWhen I asked to be put in contact with a manager or supervisor, their response was to close my account and dismiss meI was offered $140, to which I expressed was a mere 1% of the financial loss that I am asking UAG to recognize and resolve. My initial concern was never looked into

First I would like to say that there is nothing that U.A.G can say that would convince me otherwise that there services are confusing and unproductive I would not recommend it to anyone. After fruitless attempts to contact them they finally contact me but only because I complained to the Revdex.com and had the audacity to ask me to r***rse my complaint without any solution to my issues. This has been an ongoing issue but what topped it off was that money was taken out off my account using another company (GTX) without any notification to me and basically told me that this could be done if they choose to do so I have no letters no e-mails to that effect. .I may have signed a waiver but there must be some type of notification to the payer. The representative I spoke to did not offer any explanation except that they have more then they can handle in call volume and that the problem was fixedWell I tried contacting them after the fact and still no changeI have decided after some research that I no longer need there services and reli***d to know that I only have to work with one company in order to pay my loans not two or three that only want me to pay there fees and not my loans. Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThis was NEVER told to me. Mr*** did not tell me that I qualified for a $payment. If that is the case, why did Fedloan.gov report that I was past due and no payment was ever made on my account since December of when they acquired my loan? When logging on to my account, my monthly payment was $a month not $0. It was also never told to me that my payments still counted towards the discharge of my loan. Yes, I was rude to Mr***, who continued to talk over me as I was attempting to get answers to my questions. Yes, I did tell him to shut up and did call him a *** *** He and his company took money from me! I was completely upset! Yes, I do know how the program works and I know after investigating the status of my student loans, that my income based repayment plan which I sent UAG the paperwork for in September of for including my current pay stubs and tax information from was never submitted as stated it would be. Again, since Novof I have been making monthly payments to UAG through Secure Account Services with the promise that my monthly student loan payment was being made on my behalf. This was clearly never done. Taking money for services that were never completed sounds like theft to me. If my monthly payment was indeed $a month, why was UAG collecting monthly payments from me in the amounts varying from $to the most recent payments of $per month? Where did this money go? Obviously not to pay my student loans as stated it would in the contract that I signed in Nov2013.
I was not up for renewal as of April 2015. I was up for renewal as of Jan1, 2015. UAG contacted me in Septof and asked me to provide my income, and tax information so that they could begin the process of renewing my income-based repayment program. April of means nothing, other than a date that UAG is putting out there. Being days past due had nothing to do with a renewal in April of 2015. It means that UAG did not pay my loans and hadn't since they were consolidated with Fedloan.gov in Decof 2014. Nor did they pay my loans prior when they were with Great Lakes Loan Servicing and Navient. Both organizations verified that no payments in any amounts were ever submitted on my behalf since I signed up with UAG.
Since Novof I have paid $to UAGI was able to get a refund back from Secure Account Services who was the trust company who held my money. However, there was only $in the account. I was also able with the assistance of my bank to file a bond claim and get two payments of $back for a total of $300.40. This leaves $which was taken and unaccounted for. I have reviewed my contract several times and UAG is in clear violation of it.
It should also be noted that since I canceled my account with UAG on 6/17/15, and told them they are no longer to have access to any of my accounts, UAG attempted to illegally log into my Navient online student loan account to change my address back to the address of their company in Irvine, CA. Navient caught this activity and contacted me immediately. UAG does not have permission to access any of my student loan accounts. With Navient's assistance, I am reporting to the US Deptof Education that my account was accessed without my permission
As far as contacting an attorney, yes I have. I have several written complaints sent out to many different state and federal agencies that will be investigating the alleged fraudulent activity. Also, as far as making threats, there were no threats made. The fact was stated that I would contact an attorney, which I did, and follow up on the options that I have in order to file complaints against UAG which again I completed. While I admit that I could have handled myself more professionally on the phone, I do not dispute the fact that $was taken from me and I want that money back.

This client file has been closed and canceledThis client is upset that his payment came back higher than he thought it would beThe Department of Education income based program are based off the current income. This client told AUG he made $20,and signed a income verification
document stating so The client states he never said $20,but he signed forHe said he makes $20,000-$25,When we received his actual pay stubs he makes $27,UAG can only go by what the client states until we get proof this story does not add up on the clients behalfRegardless he is still saving money from his previous paymentsPlease let UAG know if you need any further information. I am submitting the rebuttal due to the fact that Nelnet is that when I contacted uag my loans were paid to the student loan service after contacting uag the loans were turned over to Nelnet. I payed them for awhile then I turned in papers for disability forbearance they told me I would not have to make any payments while this was in forbearance, I was at the understanding that while it was in forbearance that the payments would drop from almost $a month to $a month for years and then the loans would be forgottenafter contacting Nelnet they informed me that there were no payments due or been paid at that time in till they were done with there investigationIt was my understanding that the $was toward the loans then they would be forgotten after years, then Nelnet contacted me and told me if I didn't turn in proper paper work for disability forbearance then the payments would got to the original amountI hope this is what you need from me
After I sent last correspondence to you I checked in to a few things, it states in there letter and contract that UAG would handle all correspondence on the student loans but they did nothing I was never contacted by them and I to send everything to Nelnet, As of 1/6/UAG says they will close my case and no longer take care of this matter but on 1/21/they still tried to take the money from our account and also in there letter to you they keep referring to me as she/her that tells you they don't know what is going on cause I am a man not a womanduring the time UAG was suppose to be working on this I never heard from them once so I feel they were not doing there job
