Was truly an amazing experience. I got myself into a mess and they treated me with respect and did not look down on me for my past faults.

I went through a rough patch financially a few years ago, and I had to try to manage several delinquent accounts like the one True Accord is handling for Merrick Bank with me. I wish everyone used True Accord. Without having to make numerous voice calls or be demeaned and bullied to make larger payments, True Accord arranged a manageable repayment plan online and handles the monthly payments and notices professionally and accurately. Now that I am nearing my final payment, I can only say positive things about my experience with True Accord.

Great Customer service and like the way the had a Settlement to make it better

Absolutely appreciated the ability of doing a payment plan. Once the balance was lower I was able to pay it completely off. Appreciated the reminders of when it would be coming out even if it was automatic and the email confirming money was taken out. Would definitely recommend using their services.
