I am rejecting this response because:I called on 11/21/17 and asked to speak to Asia H[redacted]. A different associate from their corporate called me to tell me that my case was still being worked on by Rosa C[redacted]. I asked what what being "worked on" The associate on the phone could not tell me because the file is locked. I told him I would not be calling anyone else as I had already called and or emailed at least 5 times and Rosa has not called or emailed me back. I told them that I do not want a new grill pan, but a new stove top. I told them they have the worst customer service. I am not chasing after them. I sent them all the original requested papers and item back in Sept. of 2017. They have not followed through with anything other than telling me I need to sign a release. I refuse to sign a release because I do not know what it is I am releasing. I asked them what they where still working on and he could not answer me. Please take this complaint to the next level.

I am rejecting this response because: I read warranty paragraph and agree with the content. My concern is for customers like myself, that have a cooker have no means to getting repaired, that's out of the 12 months warranty. What happens to an unserviceable cooker that's returned by a customer who's warranty has not expired? In short I'm willing to pay for repair and shipping charges as mentioned in my initial complaint.
